Thanks to its rogue like nature, For the King has some replay factor in it, as long as you can psychologically get past the slight grind of having to play the same parts over and over to get deep enough into the game for the variety of scenarios and landscapes to really come into play.
The Last Door, Collector’s edition is a great game that in my opinion is fully deserving of it’s accolades, and offers fantastic value for money for anyone who love the classic point and click adventure, or loves to be spooked by a game.
Overall, I found Back in 1995 a mixed experience. There was a lot to be desired for, in terms of the combat and movement system. The graphics and textures, they aren’t too bad, but the gameplay is were this game really falls down.
Darkwood is a great little horror ID title and deserves a good reception. If you enjoy horror titles and more so survival horror games, then you`ll enjoy this.
Overall, SNK 40th Anniversary Collection was a great experience. As much as I wasn’t born at the time these games were released, I still found them to be very fun to play
Overall, I found Undead Horde to be a very fun experience. The game has a decent level of difficulty to it and I can only imagine how the last stages of the game will be.
Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is a fantastic game from a studio that I honestly did not know much about in 6 Eyes Studios, and if this is anything to go by then I cannot wait to get my hands on some of their other titles!
Overall this is a great remake of three wonderfully animated and enjoyable games, just don’t expect that you are going to get hours and hours of enjoyment out of them, it is likely to be a little shortlived.
Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Rage 2 and stayed with it through the story unlike the previous game, great fun.
Overall Devious Dungeon is a very well made Indie game and can be a lot of fun in short 30 minutes bursts. I would recommend this game if you enjoyed the original and are looking for more of the same.
I may be veering towards the negative in my opinion of Fade to Silence but it’s a game that has potential to a a good addition to the genre.
Overall, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered was an exceptional experience. They’ve really upped the graphics here and the performance, while at times lowering slightly, generally ran really smoothly.
Overall I really enjoyed the game, there a few minor quibbles in terms of the guided nature of the flow and the fact that towards the end you really do realise that you cant really go too wrong. There are not too many consequences to making poor choices either but I wouldn’t let this put you off what is essentially a very good game.
Even at the pretty low price of £4.99 I wouldn’t overly recommend this other than to hardcore achievement hunters as I can’t really see one specific audience wanting to jump on board this
The game is a joy to play with friends, is colourful, with a great sense of humour and full of silliness but it needs a bit more for it to become a classic party game.
Despite the fairly cheap price and the fact that I did actually enjoy playing the game for the short time it took me to play the lot I cant really recommend it strongly to anyone other than the real achievement hunters out there, especially when you will likely see it reduced even further within a short time.
Mortal Kombat 11 is a game that offers a great fighting experience, and one that offers blood, gore and victory galore.
verall, God’s Trigger was a brilliant experience, despite the amount of times I died. The fast action-packed combat makes you stress about what’s around the next corner.
I felt like I’d played this game before with a different skin on it, and its yet another case of a RTS game trying to jump from PC to console and being sold short by the inability to replicate the fluidity of mouse and keyboard in to play with a controller.
Overall I would recommend this as a fun experience, the storyline will play out in about 6-7 hours but the real enjoyment comes from the Co-op mode so grab your buddies and get slaughtering those Z’s
