Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart may not be a revolution, but it's at the forefront of the current generation. I think it's safe to say that it's a must have for all PlayStation 5 owners.

Train Station Renovation killed all my enthusiasms for PlayWay’s simulators. It is a painfully repetitive and uninspired experience. Worst of all, due to technical problems and half-baked ideas for gameplay mechanics, it is simply not fun.

Skate City provides an enjoyable few hours of gameplay. However, I have to lower my score by half a point, due to the frame drops in the Switch version. I can only guess that there is no such problem on other platforms, so you will probably have fun on the next-gen or PC.

Space Commander: War and Trade may remind you of a simplified version of Elite: Dangerous. Given its mobile roots, Space Commander may impress with abundance of gameplay mechanics, but it quickly becomes noticeable all of them are rather basic, which make the game fun for a couple of hours, but forgettable in the end.

A certain level of skill is simply required to progress in Returnal. In fact, for this reason alone, I can't write everyone to go to the store for their copy. However, I can safely write that people who do not have problems with demanding games should already hold Returnal in their hands.

Although Bad Dream: Coma may seem overly simplified, this little adventure game offers a phenomenal, heavy atmosphere and a rather unique story about a coma-induced patient being stuck in a nightmare.

Evil Genius 2: World Domination is a great proposition for those who are bored of saving the world. This is a very well-prepared strategy and base-builder.

This is not the best strategy in the last several months, I will easily find a few better ones, but I can consider the return of the Stronghold successful.

It's hard for me to recommend Nebuchadnezzar. It seems to me that this note of nostalgia only lasts for a few hours and sooner or later it leads to disappointment.

Sex sells. Everybody knows that. I like to believe, however, that making it a theme of one’s game is more than a marketing decision. This is why I hoped Lust from Beyond would be a mature game with a gripping story based on sexual themes. Unfortunately, although there is so much potential, Lust from Beyond is nothing more than a clunky and poorly optimized horror with sex mini-games.

On paper, Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 simply could not fail. After all, it has everything that should make a game great – huge and distinct looking trucks, quite a few game modes, and non-stop action. Sadly, it also has a forgettable career, and an incredibly irritating driving model.

To sum up, if you did not stock up on this production during its original release or, like me, you are PC-fan, then Nioh 2 in its best form is at your fingertips.

Little Nigthmares 2 had a potential to a fantastic experience on par with such classics as Limbo or Inside. Although its world’s design is absolutely fantastic and action keeps you on your seat’s edge, the game lacks quite a bit in the gameplay department, especially when it comes to the camera perspective.

Olija is a proof that love stories do not need dialogue. It is quite impressive how well this game shows characters’ emotions in spite of its stylistic choices. It is also a rather fun, albeit not too challenging, slasher with some fantastic boss fights.

The Medium stays close to Bloober Team’s roots, strongly resembling a walking sim rather than a survival horror. Nonethelles, The Medium feels like a spiritual successor to Silent Hill with its eerie atmosphere of an abandoned hotel near Cracow, and visual ripped straight from Zdzisław Beksiński’s paintings. For the Polish players, it will also take them on a nostalgic trip to 1990’s Poland.

This is by far one of the best, if not the best visual novel I have played in my gaming career. Meaningful choices, engaging story, beautiful artwork supported by atmospheric music – it all makes Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest a fantastic game. It is such a shame it is such a short experience, but thanks to its impressive replayability, its shortness does not hurt as much.

CD Projekt RED did something incredible. They managed to create the game that you wholeheartedly wish to keep playing in spite of all the bugs, broken mechanics and bland gameplay. Cyberpunk 2077 was saved by its narration. Night City feels alive thanks to its breathtaking design, well-developed characters and multi-layered quests. Although it is not the messiah that we were promised, it still is a good game.

Gunfire Games decided to rework their pre-Remnant VR game to work without VR goggles and mark it as a Remnant’s prequel, giving us Chronos: Before the Ashes – quite a unique souls-like title. Dark Souls veterans will find it rather unappealing due to its low difficulty level and lack of playstyle variety. However, for the very same reason Chronos is a perfect game for those who always thought souls-likes might be fun but were driven away by their ‘only for hardcores’ label.

Haven is a clever writed story about two fugitives living their lives on an alien planet. In this RPG made by The Game Bakers you won't find a world to save but just Yu and Kay. Their relation and everyday problems. This quite cozy and atmospheric game will appeal for almost everyone. Especially if you have someone to watch you playing.

For every absolutely fantastic game DONTOND Entertainment gives us, we receive another one which unfortunately is not as good. Although Twin Mirror is not utterly bad and it offers a couple if interesting ideas, it also feels rushed and unpolished. Especially in the narration department as the story fails to grasp the player’s attention, boring them with rather dull dialogues between underdeveloped characters.
