Football Manager returns with a continuous installment that focuses on fixing problems with the game engine, speeding up processes and adding quality of life improvements. He is still the undisputed king, but it is time for a competitor to appear.

65 / 100 - Fight Crab
Nov 20, 2020

Fight Crab is a crazy crab battle simulator -yes, as it sounds-, which will allow us to fight against giant crabs in the middle of different scenarios with all kinds of gadgets, from a lightsaber to a scooter. Interesting if one is a fan of absurd adventures. But if we want to go deeper into the game, Fight Crab hides a really deep gameplay that can make us do real atrocities if we are creative.

The same game that has already arrived on Switch but with added content, which is also available in the Nintendo hybrid. With the addition of 50 new levels, online ranking and the Baron von Blubba, the fun expands and offers more replayability and duration to the title. The multiplayer to 4 continues being its great strength and the true sauce of the game.

85 / 100 - No More Heroes
Nov 19, 2020

No More Heroes returns and it does so with a remastering for the Nintendo console, Switch. Taking the Wii original, the game has been brought to the present in a satisfying way, with the virtues of the original, but also with its shortcomings. If we already played it and liked it, this is the opportunity to return to Santa Destroy before the third part, and if you are new to the neighborhood, open your mind, you are going to need it ...

Black Desert arrives to consoles with all the updated content so far and does so with a number of rewards in this Prestige Edition. The gameplay is direct, addictive and full of options and possibilities, making it one of the most complete MMOs of the moment. On the other hand, the serious performance problems it has, a very unfriendly interface and a quite hard learning curve are going to tarnish a pleasant experience.

75 / 100 - Shadow Gangs
Nov 18, 2020

In this sweet moment where so many genres return and recover, having a Shinobi so Shinobi not only comes out without demand of fat plagiarism by SEGA, but it is appreciated and enjoyed...it is also suffered. Shadow Gangs is not only one of those old-school tribute games, it is also an action arcade and platform game that is fun in itself.

Bluecoats: North & South, proposes a curious mix between Risk, an RTS and an FPS, but staying very on the surface of each of them, and leaving the result with the feeling of being very little polished. It's entertaining, just like the original was, but it ends up being a bit of a no-man's-land. It depends a lot on what mentality you face it with, you can enjoy it a lot if it is looking for the flavor of the original, or not if you do it from the search for an update to these days.

Stellaris: Console Edition is the console conversion of the 2016 Paradox hit. A strategy and civilization management game in the 4X genre, which has managed to maintain its essence, fun and addition with its move to consoles and its change of control. It is not a game for all audiences, but once its entry barrier has been overcome, it will be a recurring game to which we will return and dedicate hours and hours.

75 / 100 - Let's Sing 2021
Nov 16, 2020

Let's Sing 2021 is a game that fans of music games will really enjoy, especially when in the company of friends. New game modes have been added in this edition making the experience more complete and satisfying. We will have 35 themes at our disposal and the option to expand the list with packs of additional paid themes. As always in this type of game, the list of topics will be the determining factor in our decision, since playably it is up to expectations.

That a successful series such as Cobra Kai has not ended up being a game of chess or basketball between the two rival dojos, is what anyone would expect. That it has a powerful RPG component is already a bit more surprising. A technically fair beat'em up, too repetitive and too long. But also, forceful, with an excellent rhythm and distributing wax, polishing wax by hand. The series moves decently into a fun game, even with a debatable and improvable approach.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is a great chapter in the Yakuza saga, and Ichiban is a good heir to Kiryu. Perhaps the change of gameplay to JRPG will put back some veterans of the saga, but Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has tried to develop dynamic combats not leave a break for the player. Being a reboot of the series, it's a good entry point for new players, too.

Two Parsecs from Earth brings us a reduced-size metroidvania in which humor and humor are not lacking. Its hand-drawn style is very attractive and its curious system of choice of skills forces us to give it more than one pass. Despite this, it becomes a bit monotonous and repetitive due to its limited variety of settings and enemies.

The return of Eric Chahi as the main person in charge behind a draft project is settled with well-known signs. An inhospitable and disconcerting world, where fauna and flora are made of paper. With very simple handling and mechanics, I am happy that an experience originally designed for virtual reality systems, can work properly when played in a traditional way.

75 / 100 - Promesa
Nov 10, 2020

Promesa is another of those works that tries to break the barrier between product and art, using the video game as a narrative medium. It's a short walk of less than an hour, but the setting is wonderful and the graphic style is spectacular. Highly recommended if you like this type of experience.

With Remothered: Broken Porcelain we can see what the developers wanted to do, but sadly we will see how badly they have done it. The game is months away from development, has too many bugs, bugs, and technical problems to ignore, and the worst thing is that they do affect the gameplay a lot. We're quite disappointed after a remarkable first installment, and hope that Stormind Games will face off and fix this mess, or they'll blow their reputation.

Revolution Software has taken 26 years to bring us the sequel to Beneath to Steel Sky and, despite being a very small studio, they manage to show us a game that, although not technically perfect, delivers without problems, and offers us a good example of the genre that has managed to continue, despite the years that have passed, the story of the original. If you liked the first one, we definitely recommend this second installment. And if you haven't been able to enjoy it, take advantage of the fact that it's now free on GOG and Steam, and take it as a preview of what you can enjoy in this sequel.

90 / 100 - DiRT 5
Nov 6, 2020

Codemasters returns to the fray with the new installment of the saga, entrusting it to experts in the field and giving a great result in its return to the arcade. Technically it borders on a high level, although it is not exempt from needing certain improvements that, some are promised from the company such as adding compatibility with steering wheels, and others we can only think that they will surely be because right now they contrast in a somewhat incomprehensible way such as the absence of driver in the vehicles or interior movement of the steering wheel in the relevant camera, but none that affects the playability and great control or ability to entertain. The fact that it is one of the titles that will have a free update for XBOX Series X and PlayStation 5 is an added value for users of the Sony or Microsoft platforms.

70 / 100 - Ponpu
Nov 5, 2020

It is joyful not only to have another 2D Bomberman, but to have it so beautiful and so well laid out. This is not easy to achieve, which is why it is a pity that the thing did not come up to that base and aesthetic design. A story mode that is not as much fun as it should be, and a multiplayer mode that is, but that asks for more options and content. But Ponpu works and deserves the opportunity.

An expansion to the height that brings back the best aspects of the original game, with more of the same but equally powerful and addictive. The included content gives for a few more hours that will leave us satisfied, although it has a series of performance problems that should be solved as soon as possible.
