Despite its minor shortcomings, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is a successful title that brings the series’ magnificent gothic atmosphere together with outstanding gameplay.

87 / 100 - Forever Ago
Oct 12, 2026

Forever Ago delivers a heartwarming and deeply emotional experience across roughly 4 hours of gameplay. As we accompany Alfred - a grumpy old man - on his journey, we find ourselves feeling like a part of the story and even sharing in his emotions. So much so that it may well be one of the most emotionally resonant stories you can experience in the world of games.

80 / 100 - Valor Mortis
Oct 12, 2026

Valor Mortis sets out to be an enjoyable Souls-like by combining an FPS perspective with parkour mechanics, and succeeds as a solid Metroidvania by channelling the dark atmosphere of war throughout its levels. However, it is far from a flawless game. Its repetitive enemy variety, forgettable boss fights and technical issues are all hard to overlook. Despite all of this, it is a title that Souls fans should give a chance.

72 / 100 - Truckful
Oct 8, 2026

Truckful successfully draws players into its valley with its mysterious atmosphere and story. Its physics-based mechanics and handling capabilities make for an impressively ambitious piece of work on the mechanical front. However, when tight spaces, dropped cargo and interaction issues combine, they turn what is otherwise simple gameplay into something needlessly complicated. As a result, the game’s core tension element transforms into an uncomfortable source of frustration rather than something to be embraced.

78 / 100 - EA Sports FC 27
Sep 28, 2026

EA SPORTS FC 27 manages to overhaul the series' fundamental framework with a more detailed transfer system, defensive dynamics that leave control in the player's hands, and the new open-world-themed "The Grounds" mode. Despite a few ideas that haven't fully matured and the ongoing, chronic menu issues, it delivers a notable step forward from last year's game, particularly for those looking for an up-to-date Ultimate Team experience.

Way of the Hunter 2 takes the strongest aspects of the first game and presents them to the player much more clearly, yet it cannot avoid falling into the same pitfalls as its predecessor.

Silent Hill: Townfall opens on a genuinely chilling note with its atmosphere and visual quality. Using the CRTV mechanic, we solve puzzles and track creatures. Yet the stealth-focused gameplay undermines that enjoyment with its limited creature variety and an interaction system that never holds the player's hand. Alongside the optimisation issues, the superficial story and lifeless characters turn Silent Hill: Townfall into a merely average psychological horror experience.

Marvel's Wolverine delivers a highly entertaining action experience with its brutal combat mechanics, satisfying Rage system and fast-paced cinematic storytelling. However, its weak and predictable story, lack of enemy variety and repetitive gameplay loop hold back its potential. Ultimately, while it falls short of the expectation of being the greatest superhero game ever made, the result is an above-average production that fans of linear action games can thoroughly enjoy.

STAR WARS Zero Company places the player at the heart of its gripping adventure with a story and narrative voice worthy of the franchise. Its difficulty-based system adjustments also draw in those unfamiliar with the genre. However, its technical issues and the luck-driven nature of an attack system that offers little room to read the odds may push players away, especially alongside enemies that grow tougher as encounters become more complex in the later hours.

50 / 100 - BLACKWOOD
Sep 16, 2026

Blackwood stands out with an intriguing concept in which you run a shop by day and work as an assassin by night, backed by solid gunplay mechanics, yet it never fully capitalises on that potential. Its repetitive simulation structure, weak melee combat system and unpolished, unfinished feel leave it falling short of the cinematic action it promises.

The Blood of Dawnwalker delivers a captivating RPG experience with its rich atmosphere, unique mechanics built around the day-night cycle, and a freeform quest structure in which player choices shape the course of fate.

Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy takes the series in a completely new direction by looking to the past and approaching its world from a different perspective. While it successfully explores the mysteries and mythology of Crete, its dynamic melee combat mechanics deliver a highly satisfying experience. Serving as a strong entry point for players unfamiliar with the series, the game occasionally loses its sense of realism due to certain technical issues.

82 / 100 - Gallipoli
Aug 20, 2026

The Gallipoli delivers a familiar experience in its finest form—one that has been refined through a wealth of knowledge—while shifting the focus of the war to the Ottoman front lines in the Middle East.

79 / 100 - EA Sports UFC 6
Jul 30, 2026

EA Sports UFC 6 delivers the most comprehensive MMA experience on the market with its high-end visuals, impactful striking mechanics, and immersive game modes. However, due to its lack of radical innovations compared to UFC 5 and the presence of noticeable technical issues, it may fall short of fully satisfying longtime fans of the series.

This episode felt a bit more like a transitional episode focused on Undertale . It offers fun gameplay in every way, but I'd like to learn more tangible things about the story.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced successfully bridges the gap between a remake and a remaster by preserving the spirit of the original game while introducing enhanced visuals, a hitbox-based combat system, and a more vibrant open world. Despite issues with the parkour system and a number of technical flaws, the game delivers an enjoyable and nostalgic adventure across the Caribbean thanks to its dynamic atmosphere and modern refinements.

75 / 100 - Marathon

Boasting exceptional gunplay and brilliant audiovisual design, Marathon is a technically impressive shooter that unfortunately leaves solo players stranded in a repetitive loop and a messy interface.

73 / 100 - Yerba Buena
Jun 9, 2026

Yerba Buena combines creative weapon-based puzzle mechanics with an engaging story. However, eye-straining color palettes, distant interactions, and tedious level designs hinder the experience. Despite its high potential, it is not suitable for impatient players.
