Toy Story: Retro Roundup is a good collection for fans of the series and classic games, but at the same time, it is a missed opportunity to present these games the way they truly deserve. Despite the improvements and additions included, they remain limited and fail to address the most prominent issues of the original experience, particularly regarding controls and the camera. It would have been better to deliver a proper remake or remaster that develops these aspects and makes the games smoother and more enjoyable, while preserving their original spirit that made them memorable in players' minds.

FC 27 is the slightly different annual entry compared to previous releases, differing through its additions to the Career Mode, exciting and realistic changes, the addition of the enjoyable The Grounds mode, and some adjustments to the most popular Ultimate Team mode. However, these were not enough for it to be considered a fully new and different release, as the game still uses the same assets present since previous entries, without changing even the graphics, celebration cutscenes, or referee animations. It also suffered from some technical issues and the persistence of direct pay-to-win mechanics.

In the end, Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters is a game that delivered a clearly contradictory experience for me. On one hand, we have very good gameplay, simple and fun controls, special abilities and moves that are the best in the game, in addition to an excellent visual adaptation from the anime and manga, alongside a large roster of characters, national teams, and modes that can keep you playing for hours. Furthermore, the presence of Arabic language support at an excellent level serves Arab players greatly, making the game experience easier and more enjoyable for the Arab audience. On the other hand, however, the game offered a very poor story, presented in an overly childish and cartoonish style, with weakly written characters as well as poor and repetitive dialogue—which is very disappointing, especially if you are a fan of the series and enter the game expecting a story worthy of the Captain Tsubasa name. Therefore, I believe Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters is a game aimed primarily at fans of the series, anime, and manga, while it may be less appealing to audiences who have no prior connection to the world of Captain Tsubasa.
