Take part in some of histories pivotal battles, then learn more about the actual events that took place.
Ultimately, if you like the Lego series of games then there's a high probability that you will like this… if you also like the Star Wars films (even just some of them) then this should be high on your list of items to purchase. It's certainly a cheaper way to enjoy a bunch of Lego sets with the ability to play through your favourite parts of the Star Wars films.
If you are a fan of the previous games then absolutely grab a copy. If you haven't played a Diablo game before but like the idea of hack and slash with a healthy (or perhaps unhealthy) dose of loot clicking then grab a copy… basically… just grab a copy!!! Lot's of fun and a great example of how to bring an old game back to life like a necromancer summoning a Lich.
Overall it's a lot of fun… sure it's immature humour but it's done with tongue in cheek (apply snicker here)… it also doesn't seem to have as much hate in it as Duke Nukem Forever did. High Score… would play with my Wang again!
It's not hard to see why this won a number of BAFTA awards… it is one of those examples that comes about from time to time of gaming being art. A true visual novel that draws you in and leaves you wanting more. Fantastic voice acting and musical score really just provide icing on the cake here. Very worthwhile!
15 years ago you walked the land of Morrowind... now set foot upon those lands again and experience them with fresh eyes and with a rousing orchestral score!
Disco didn't die, but someone did and you have to find out who and whodunnit!
Overall I'm thrilled with the game, there are settings that make it easy to just pick up and have an easy fight… or you can ramp up the difficulty and really challenge yourself to become the best fighter you can. Highly recommended for old fans and new fans alike!
Best played with friends but still fun solo, mini games with variety to please everyone.
Explore the depths as you attempt to return the luminous world back to blue.
Guybrush is back... again, to thwart the actions of Le Chuck and to learn the secret of Monkey Island!
Overall though I continue to find the Shadow Warrior games a lot of fun… it's nice to have a different main character to the muscle bound blond balls of brawn we are usually provided. Lo Wang is the hero we don't deserve… but he's all we've got… and it's a lot of fun playing as him.
Solve physical puzzles while puzzling over your existence.
A focus shift from the main character to an important supporting character helps to flesh out the world and story whilst giving the player a change of pace.
This serves as a much need giggle in the midst of so many dire Zombie themed games and is worth it just for the flexibility of how you play… well worth adding to your collection if you like your action with a bit of a smirk.
If Roger Wilco and Larry Laffer had a child... via genetic engineering.
Batman must ask himself what he is willing to do to infiltrate the crime syndicate.
Old school adventuring has grown up!
As it is… I highly recommend Knockout League! The cartoony graphics and crazy characters work well and allow you to have fun pretending you're a real boxer without ever getting hurt.
Making the most of the controllers and putting magic in your hands, it's hard not to feel very mystical with The Wizards.
