If you are still playing Starpoint Gemini Warlords, I highly recommend you to try out the Cycle of Warfare DLC since it brings so much to do and various gameplay styles to the main game.

I don't know why but I consider myself lucky for laying my eyes and hands on this game. A great effort and a game to admire, from my point of view.

7 / 10.0 - ELEX
Oct 18, 2017

There is so much which can be done and more time to spend on the game to make it better, there are things to fix and need to be changed, but I am afraid now I am addicted to ELEX. Ultimately, ELEX is a mash-up of the things we are familiar with famous open-world games like Fallout and Skyrim and an intriguing story which combines sci-fi and fantasy successfully.

5.8 / 10.0 - Inmates

I can say that Inmates is a very promising title and I can see a great effort in that work, but it feels unfinished and you can feel that it needs more time and effort.

8 / 10.0 - Morphite
Sep 26, 2017

Being an action/adventure FPS with a procedurally generated universe and platformer elements, taking the risk of using the low poly style and lay a non-superficial story under all of it, and even shouldering the burden of creating a game whose fans are doubtful when it comes to generated universes? And keeping it all at a small scale which is oddly satisfying? Well, I call that nothing but success.

With lots of enemies to kill, some of the hardest decisions of your life, great combos, beautifully crafted environment and a plot twist, Samurai Riot is waiting for you.

7.4 / 10.0 - StellarHub
Aug 18, 2017

StellarHub is a great example for those who are interested in management sims. It's hard, and becomes very hard if you select the worst conditions, but it is always rewarding to see the little smileys while clicking through your beloved space station.

8.2 / 10.0 - Nidhogg 2
Aug 16, 2017

The hungry Wurm is back with Nidhogg 2 and I am more than glad! With better visuals and add-ons like new stages and weapons, Nidhogg 2 brings honor to its predecessor. The game offers brilliant fast-paced combat with hilarious and gruesome moments and this is exactly what I was expecting from it. Nidhogg 2 is a must if you want to spend some quality time full of laughter with your friends! Feed the big bad worm!

The Darkside Detective is one of the games which made me actually laugh while playing it. The distinct sense of humour may not address to everyone, but if you like Twin Peaks, bizarre supernatural stories and pixelated art design, give The Darkside Detective a chance. The game offers more than meets the eye and a good laugh, which we all need.

A loving homage to classic JRPGs, indeed! Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs is a turn-based tactical JPRG set in a humorous and weird fantasy world full of action, combat, adventure and fun. I wouldn't dare to think that a turn-based action game can entertain me this much. Oh boy, how wrong I was!

4.6 / 10.0 - Inner Chains
May 23, 2017

Inner Chains has the most impressive dark and surreal environmental art design, but the rest of the game feels incomplete. Inner Chains is a long shot with potential. I highly recommend you to sit tight and wait for fixes, patches and updates which will make the game enjoyable and most importantly playable, hopefully. In its current stage, it won't be able to meet the expectations created by trailers and screenshots which we've all seen before the launch.

I wouldn't dare thinking about the possibility of telling death stories in such a glorious way. Despite the fact that What Remains of Edith Finch is short, every second of it is at full. What Remains of Edith Finch is the one and only answer to the question of how a narrative adventure video game should be. Play it, break your heart, ease your pain, witness the beauty.

For the story's sake, it can be played, but beware of some annoying bugs and a stressful UI. We certainly hope that these problems will be fixed in the upcoming chapters.
