As a spiritual successor of the Ultima Underworld series, Underworld Ascendant fails in almost every way.The promising introduction is followed by a brisk quality drop. A wasted potential.

Hello Neighbor is like a beautiful bubble from a bubble blower. It has beautiful colors and for a moment, it will enchant you. But like every bubble, even this one pops eventually.

Inner Chains tried to introduce something new, but it did not end up like the authors envisioned. And that's definitely a shame, because the game had a plenty of potential.

Dolmen has tried to combine the best parts of Dark Souls and Dead Space, however the relative inexperience and low budget has doomed this soulslike to failure. There are things to like here, but the game doesn't have wide appeal.

If you want to take a stroll through The Fabled Woods, don't worry about getting lost. You should rather ask yourself if this short trip is even worth your time.

Paradise Lost feels like one of the average titles that will be forgotten quite soon after their release and playing it is a bit of a waste of time.

Even though Conglomerate 451 did include plenty of interesting ideas, the only thing that's keeping it from sinking into the depths of mediocrity is the well-done character progression system. The repetitive gameplay and dull visuals make it impossible to reccomend to anyone other than the hardcore dungeon RPG fans.

Even though Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood can't be considered a failure or even simply a bad game in any way, its issue is that it doesn't really excel in any way either. The only thing that elevates it from the competition is the visceral and impressive combat system.

Hellpoint didn't venture too far beyond the genre's boundaries, but its gameplay and atmosphere are, at the very least, above average. If you can forgive the lack of invention and repetitive environments, the game can provide you with a decent amount of fun.

Downward Spiral: Horus Station suffers from the same mistakes like many other smaller VR games did. It doesn't have an engaging story and won't surprise you with any interesting ideas. Without a virtual reality device, the game is simply half as enjoyable.

SpellForce: Conquest of Eo is not, most likely, a game that fans of the original series will love. It's a solid turn-based strategy game, but it's not really remarkable or innovative in any way.

The beautiful jungle of Green Hell tries to be very realistic, which results in it being a bit too deadly. Recommended only for the hardcore fans of the genre due to the extreme difficulty.

The Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep couldn't escape the shadow of its predecessors and it also has some unnecessary technical flaws. Ultimately not just younger players that are used to modern games, but also the older players, won't be completely satisfied.

If you like games that combine action and stealth, you'll find a lot to like here, but its very high difficulty, monotonous environments, and the cold and brief story make ECHO an experience that isn't simple to process.
