Fate/Samurai Remnant transforms the Holy Grail war (here called the Ritual of the Crescent Moon) into a fascinating period conflict inspired by traditional Japanese elements. Both for those who have already delved deeply into the series and for those who are just looking for a good action RPG, this is an unmissable title.

Silent Hope mixes action RPG, roguelite and crafting to create an addictive, yet quickly repetitive, experience. Built on solid foundations, the game is easily a good recommendation for those who like action experiences and want to spend hours and hours facing hordes of monsters in the abyss.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails is a competent action RPG worth playing. Despite a few limitations that may annoy some players and a story that may be a weak point, the general experience showcases the late 2000's/early 2010's Nihon Falcom design style very well and continues to be as compelling as it was back then.

Mon-Yu is an excellent addition to the dungeon crawler library with a creative and unexpected concept that is very well crafted. To those already experienced in the genre especially, it's a welcome breath of fresh air to demonstrate how it's possible to modernize this RPG niche without losing its challenging essence.

Like the other games in the franchise, Rune Factory 3 Special is an addictive mix of action RPG and farm simulation. The update adds more content to the pack, making it a great way to experience the DS classic, but the quality of the experience has left something to be desired in some respects of polish. Even so, it's a very easy recommendation for anyone who likes both genres.

Dokapon Kingdom: Connect is a unique game on the market, exploring the concept of making a mixture of RPG and board game in which both parts not only respect each other, but also complement each other. Although some elements of imbalance and the failure to explain its rules make the game have a high initial barrier for new players, it is a charming experience that is well worth knowing.

Maybe people too fascinated with the [delinquent] context and any tactical game may still enjoy Banchou Tactics a lot. I confess I still had fun at times and my feelings are more along the lines of sadness because the concept is pleasant and could have been used to make a high level game. I hope the next games from the team may offer more polishment and maybe even aim to be more ambitious.

Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom is a worthy conclusion to the RHapsody series, tieing up the plot as a gift for the fans. Though the grinding tendency and the episodic format may be bottlenecks for enjoying the game when compared to its predecessors, the experience is worth the wait for fans of fairy tales and RPGs.

Overall, OU is an adventure game that draws the player's attention with its style and it's worth a shot for fans of the genre. However, the limited ability to interact with the environment will likely not keep players outside this niche interested. Even so, this is a kind of experimental title I consider worth giving a chance and I hope that a future release by its creators may further explore the ideas that make OU fascinating.

BOKURA is an experimental adventure that plays with the two players' agency in its narrative and puzzle solving. Though there are some small issues in the game's physics and some challenges may be a little too frustrating in how they limit the player, here we have an interesting experience worth playing for fans of puzzle resolution and co-op games.

D Life is a game that brings back the golden age of arcade innovation and proposes a unique gameplay experience. Without much variety to the challenges and modes, the game ends up feeling limited and repetitive quickly but that does not diminish the charm of its concept that is worth a try especially for those who love titles that demand quick thinking and good reflexes.

Sucker For Love: First Date is a romance simulator with cosmic creatures that manages to handle well both its comical side and the nefarious implications of its concept. Though some quality of life details could have been better, its plot and the curious system of doing sinister rituals for a kiss make it a title very different from the usual ones in the market and, at the same time, shows competency in depicting romance, comedy and horror and mixing them up.
