Goodboy Galaxy is a wholesome platformer game that rewards friendship and has a lot of backtracking and a unique gameplay style that is challenging at times.
A game that has a lot of potential, but the Switch version is full of glitches and even with jump scares the parts that do work just aren't as creepy as they could be. The game is very repetitive and gets boring really fast.
An underwhelming game, full of lag, that is janky and has issues with hit detection. There is no online multiplayer, and it's very boring to play against the dumb AI.
Tiny Racer looks like a super cool toy car driving game but the controls and crazy glitches make this game more frustrating than anything. Even the comic book "sound effect" words don't help it.
A game that has the potential to be really cool, but a lack of direction and incredibly short game really make this a frustrating play.
Isekaing: From Zero to Zero is a unique game that uses humour to move the plot along but falls flat and feels offensive when it's trying to be funny.
SokoSolitaire is a very difficult puzzle game, even if you have a lot of experience with games in the genre. My favourite part was the adorable cat in the snazzy suit that you play as.
Jumanji: The Curse Returns isn't a broken game; it just felt overly repetitive, short, and not very fun. It's too bad that it didn't make the game require more strategy because it could have been much more intriguing.
Gripper on paper sounds like a great time, but the way it is carried out just doesn't work. The game design itself just leads to frustration, instead of a fun experience.
Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is full of fanservice and anime girls with big boobs, but not much more. Insanely long visual novel talk segments, and the story is so silly there's not much motivation to keep playing.
Tap Wizard 2 is a twist on a bullet-hell type game with RPG elements, but it is hard to play with a controller and has too many things to collect and equip with little direction.
Toads on the Bayou is a challenging game with a fun voodoo-inspired story, great look, and fun characters. I was only able to play a small part on PC, so I hope it gets fixed!
Fishing Break is a super cute-looking game that still feels like a mobile title as you are using primarily the touch screen on the Switch.
Hellstuck: Rage With Your Friends is a game for people who want a real challenge; this title is not for the faint-hearted and requires an insane amount of patience!
Rainbow Skies is a vibrant and cartoony-style isometric RPG that feels like it is trying to be the next Final Fantasy Tactics but doesn't pull it off with repetitive gameplay and a story that you don't feel a part of.
Dokapon Kingdom: Connect blends a board game with RPG elements and looks like it would be fun to play, but the pacing is so ridiculously slow that it becomes frustrating and feels bland.
Robo Wars is a simplistic 2D fighter with robots facing off against each other. There is no story here, and the game felt very repetitive and boring.
Super cute characters and fun minigames to play here. No story and not too much variety for levels, but if you want something super easy to play locally, this is a fun one to try.
Leftovers KO! has a great hand-drawn look to it, but it is very challenging. It feels unfair, and making it so you need to do a star punch for each enemy is evil.
Garten of Banban 7 is a creepy game set at Banban's Kindergarten. The controls can be frustrating, but the game lasts for less than an hour.
