RE:CALL is an excellent mystery game that combines an engaging story with well-crafted gameplay. The game fluctuates at its pace, with its second half presenting a dynamic very different from what was proposed at the beginning, but the final balance is very positive. Even with many similarities in relation to some simulators, Kynseed has a lot of personality to stand out among the 2022 releases. Its proposal of being a relaxing game is well executed thanks to its magnificent setting and its simple and well-mapped controls that allow the exploring and navigating between its various menus is not tiring and frustrating. Despite having some slips, it's an adventure worth playing and replaying in different ways, because from the first minutes of the game we make decisions that impact our story. It's a must-buy for fans of farm games.

Two Point Campus: Space Academy is an expansion that matches what was proposed in the base game. The space theme fits very well into the game, mainly because it maintains the visual quality, the creativity of the courses and keeps the management challenge well balanced even with the different spaces for building and expanding your university. However, it's possible that the content isn't impactful enough to appeal to the more casual Two Point Campus players. The base game already has a sufficient amount of content to satisfy the less demanding and the DLC, despite the quality, does not present itself as a relevant element to justify its purchase.

Potionomics has simple but multi-layered mechanics that make it robust enough to keep it interesting until the end. In addition, the characters are well developed, especially their animations, overflowing with charisma during the dialogues. The negotiation mechanics using cards is the highlight, and it is possible to devise many different strategies to increase the products' value. However, the lack of Portuguese localization is a negative point, mainly because it is a game based on text and dialogues with choices. Also, the first few hours of the campaign may interfere with the player's interest in continuing with the game due to the unbalanced difficulty. Even with these problems, Potionomics is quite competent in what it offers and is certainly one of the most positive surprises of 2022.

The Outbound Ghost is a well-crafted project with a competent execution from a small dev team. The sceneries have a lot of repeated elements and exploration is oftentimes monotonous, but combat is a highlight due to the variety of Figments and it's fun to devise various strategies based on its elements. Return to Monkey Island is a tight hug for fans of the series. The game features familiar mechanics from the original games with the addition of elements that make the adventure more intuitive and dynamic. Despite its accessibility, it will hardly be as attractive to those who don't know the details of Monkey Island's history, being a product intended mainly for older fans of the series. But that doesn't take away from its shine. All elements of the game manage to captivate the player in the story brilliantly. The Tarnishing of Juxtia tries to add good ideas to the already traditional mechanics of soulslike. The main one is the haste system that helps break the monotony of combat and allows the player to be more active and less reactive to enemies. However, the exploration leaves something to be desired for the inaccurate and tedious platforming snippets, and some of its ideas are underdeveloped to the point of being almost useless. Overall, The Tarnishing of Juxtia is a good game despite its issues. However, it will hardly attract the attention of players, as it does not present really striking mechanics that make it stand out among other games of the genre.

Out There: Oceans of Time takes very interesting ideas for space exploration. There are many planets and random events that make the whole adventure unique and its simple gameplay makes everything very accessible. Despite this, the game needs a rebalancing of its actions, as the difficulty becomes excessively high for no reason. Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer's Legacy is extremely bold in adopting the procedural system in virtually every element of its gameplay. I certainly haven't seen a good part of its possibilities and it's impossible to say what your adventure will be like and this is its greatest merit. Even playing several times, your adventure will always be unique and exclusively yours. Your world is alive and full of color and seeing your actions interfere with the passing of the years makes it all very natural. The small glitches in combat and camera don't detract from the game's shine and it's well worth a try.

Soundfall is one of the most pleasant surprises I've had with games. Despite suffering from low variety of enemies and repetitive level design, the game very competently encompasses the dungeon crawler structure with rhythmic combat. Wildcat Gun Machine has its merits. Its proposal works well for an uncompromising game and the frenetic dose of action entertains for a while. Perhaps its biggest problem is not daring, abusing simplicity in its combat. Despite not compromising in practice, the absence of history disappoints and, in this sense, the game loses the chance to captivate the player more. So, it's only recommended for those who like action games with high difficulty, but it's better not to create too much expectation.

Samurai Bringer makes great use of the variety of alternatives to create unique combat sessions. The dynamics of testing different combinations of moves is extremely fun and encourages the player's creativity. On the other hand, the common scenarios and enemies leave a lot to be desired because of the little variety of elements. Overall, despite its simplicity, it's an excellent alternative for fans of the genre.
