Dead or Alive 6 is more accessible than ever, but it's still most definitely and unapologetically Dead or Alive, and that's exactly what it should be.

Cory Barlog and his team managed to reinvent the wheel, and while they added more pieces, it rolls smoother than ever before, providing the best God of War experience of the history of the franchise.

If you want a serious straight-faced, team-based TPS, this probably isn't the game for you. Yet, whether the sequel will come or not, Yakuza Kiwami will go down in history as one of the best remakes ever created, for a game that was already great on PS2.
Yet, I can't lie: I hope that Sega will interpret the reception of this game as a signal that we want more Valkyria Chronicles, and that this kind of spin-off is better explored when the hunger for the main course has been sated, and not when we're all starving.

It brings forth an absolutely fascinating setting, and charming, likable and memorable characters that will both make you smile and tug at your heart strings. 2B, 9S and the rest of the cast already cut themselves a well deserved corner in my heart, and I’m positive they will do the same for many of you as well.
