Jurassic World Aftermath – Part 2 is a DLC that gives a worthy conclusion to the game and that introduces some nice gameplay elements. Nothing overwhelming, but if you loved the first part, you will like this sequel even more.

Jurassic World: Aftermath focuses its gameplay on one of the iconic scenes from the first film (the kitchen scene), making the stealth the main course and avoiding the raptors a chore you'll be repeating durint the 3-4 hours that lasts. It's slow and repetitive, you'll probably get tired very soon.

Jurassic World Aftermath is limited to the exploratory part, with the classic character remotely indicating the objectives while a beastly unscripted IA, a Velociraptor specifically, hunts us down. A mix however capable of intrigue and push the player forward, provided that he respects some fundamental prerogatives of the subgenre. And yes, Jurassic World Aftermath makes it.

While the early game's repetition doesn't match the second half, there's something to be said about the experience of evading dinosaurs while solving puzzles. I just wish they'd have taken more advantage of Sony's new hardware with this port.

Though parts of this game are incredible, the Jurassic World Aftermath stealth mechanics aren't fully realized, leading to frustrating sequences. Despite this, the world-building narrative and impressive voice cast makes this a worthy addition for any Jurassic Park fan.
