Thunder Tier One Reviews
The top-down tactical shooter Thunder Tier One offers a realistic and engaging singleplayer campaign, unfortunately ruined by AI partners who are too prone to ignore orders and cause havoc. The multiplayer is fun and shootouts are hectic, but there's also a distinct lack of modes and the progression system isn't too exciting. We don't doubt Krafton will keep the game patched and updated though.

While it does have its downsides when playing alone, Thunder Tier One is, overall, a solid wartime strategy game. It encourages its audience to contemplate their actions clearly instead of rushing in headfirst. The combat itself is rather simple - players point and click at enemies to trigger their weapon - but the sense of realism is impressive for the nine-mission campaign, and the ability to play the entire game with friends is a bonus.
Thunder Tier One is a good game. It has a decent amount of customization options, features a good tactical system that will entertain those looking for a tactical fix, and doesn’t really do anything groundbreaking or genre-changing for tactical shooters. It’s simply a good game with hopes for more content in the future.
Overall, Thunder Tier One is a fun game to spend some time with your friends and not rage quit, while also having some brainstorming sessions over your next plan of attack.
Thunder Tier One is a production that has decided to fail of its own accord, while it will be successful in general terms.
