Dragon Ruins II

Critic Reviews for Dragon Ruins II
The gameplay of Dragon Ruins II is as simplified as its graphics, but don't let that fool you; there is a lot of fun to be found in its gameplay loop. Genre fans may find they actually prefer Gravrobber Foundation's old-school approach to dungeon crawling.
Dragon Ruins II neatly builds on the first game’s foundation, delivering a more varied, engaging, and refined dungeon-crawling experience. For fans of simple but addictive RPG loops, it’s one of Kemco’s stronger efforts in recent years — a sequel that respects its roots while confidently raising the bar for possible sequels.
Dragon Ruins 2 is that little discovery that quietly ends up surprising you.

Dragon Ruins II is a small game, clearly made with a limited budget and a different scope than traditional dungeon crawlers. Therefore, it would be unfair to judge it by the same standard. Within its premise of being a "dungeon crawler for tired people," it performs very well. For those who want to rest their minds with a bit of grinding and dungeon exploration, the game is a great choice. On the other hand, with its autobattler mechanics, it won't appeal to everyone and certainly isn't a game I would choose for my "main" gaming time, when I want something that demands a greater investment of time and attention.
