ANOMALITH Reviews
Anomalith is full of flaws, but also full of so much to appreciate. It's a gripping liminal sci-fi adventure that oozes style, and I loved exploring every otherworldly corner of it.
ANOMALITH is the kind of game whose strongest aspects manage to shine through, despite its numerous flaws holding them back. Its got excellent gunplay, satisfying progression, and compelling character-driven story, even as its uneven systems undermine the survival horror it sets out to deliver. It's far from an excellent game, but within its score bracket, it's certainly one of the most memorable.
Anomalith pairs tactical anime girls with supernatural lore and solid classic TPS play. Despite dated visuals and rough late-game polish, it offers enough charm to satisfy genre fans.

Anomalith is a fun twist that takes things in a different direction from just being unsettled by spooky hallways with oddly-placed furniture.
ANOMALITH is a solid first outing for FURYU in the Survival Horror genre. The story, world, and characters are interesting. Gunplay is satisfying even with the tank controls, and the customization is quite competent.
For gamers who have been yearning for a Parasite Eve style horror game, ANOMALITH has been the closest we have gotten. For a team that has decided to dabble outside their comfort zone, the results have been impressive. But being their first time also means mistakes will be made, and it shows, but they are more of a learning experience for next time. Plus, despite these shortcomings, it is still a fun game at its core.
