Gear Club's march of unlocking and upgrading is more fun than the racing itself, making for an uneven experience
Aside from sub-par sound design, Gear.Club Unlimited offers up an outstanding racing experience for Switch. It straddles the line nicely between offering up a sim-infused experience while keeping the on-track action fast and exciting. The amount of racing types available is impressive and the sense of progression makes it easy for a quick play session to turn into a marathon.
Gear.Club Unlimited is a highly entertaining racing game that sits firmly at the casual end of the realistic racer spectrum.
The Unlimited May mean that Gear.Club isn't shackled by monetisation, but the only real thing that will not be unlimited here is your patience.
A racing game with a lot of potencial that conforms with being just a port of a mobile game, instead of a complete experience that takes advantage of Nintendo Switch's potential.

Gear.Club Unlimited is not a very good game. It's not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, but not even it's impressive car visuals can save it from being just an incredibly average racing game. It honestly feels like there was no love put into this game. At $49.99 I simply cannot recommend this game at the current price tag. The title still feels like a free-to-play game you would find on the Apple App Store more than a fully fledged game, and frankly, that's all it's worth to me.
Gear.Club Unlimited is a very serious bet for the driving games on Nintendo Switch. Its story mode features a huge amount of races and guarantees lots of hours of entertainment.
