Critic Reviews for Ninjin: Clash of Carrots
Clash of Carrots had the potential to be a real diamond in the rough, but it quickly becomes apparent that it's not when its novelty begins to fade.
A quirky and charming beat-em-up with plenty of variety, strategy and humour. If the challenge doesn't put you off, you'll find yourself having having a great time.
Ninjin: Clash of Carrots starts out as a silly, colorful beat 'em up, then takes a dark turn down a surprisingly frustrating and challenging path.
Ninjin: Clash of Carrots' decent gameplay and lovely graphics make for an enjoyable experience, and there's enough differences between the characters and with weapon customisations to keep you playing. The completionist in me could spend days trying to unlock them all but the button masher in me just wants to pick up whatever is at hand and whack enemies. It's an addictive title with great replayability.
Ninjin: Clash of Carrots is an enjoyable and fast-paced beat'em-up that brings to the Nintendo Switch some of the aspects that made this genre extremely popular in previous decade. It does not go all the way through, as Ninjin can become very repetitive and without the same charm of the genre's classics.

The game is cute and looks great, but thanks to its control scheme, isn't very fun to play.
Ninjin: Clash of Carrots is a kooky ride through feudal Japan in search of carrots. It's fast, it's fun, and it's great with two players. Give it a go if you're looking for some cartoon-y action with a friend.
Ninjin: Clash of Carrots is an absolute joy to play. With a sharp sense of humor, surprisingly deep gameplay, and a wealth of content to enjoy, this is one giant leap for bunnykind.
