eFootball PES 2020 Reviews
efootball PES 2020 comes with a great new-designed league-mode, where you lead your team through the season. It feels a lot better than in the years before, because you can take a deeper look on the daily work as a coach. There are many cutscenes or interviews and dialogues, that make the mode more realistic than ever before. PES 2020 is also convincing in the stadiums, where the great gameplay on the football-ground comes along with an intense atmosphere.

eFootball PES 2020 is the beautiful game redefined in video games, just look past the lack of licenses and you are gold.
The new name thankfully didn't change the direction of the series as well. On the other hand, eFootball PES 2020 doesn't offer any revolutionary changes. It's a iterative entry in the series with some good improvements, better graphics, almost perfect physics and new, detailed menu statistics.

The beautiful game is truly back with eFootball PES 2020!
It was a strange decision for me to finally move on from Fifa over to PES as I said previously, I have been playing the Fifa series since 1994. But I know a 100% I have made the right decision. Fifa has in my opinion been a reskin of the same game for a number of years and quite frankly, there is nothing exciting about it anymore. If it wasn’t for “The Journey” mode, I would have moved over to PES a few years earlier. I am not the only one either. Reading a lot of the buzz on the internet & comments in forums, there’s a hell of a lot of people switching over too. All in all, I am extremely extremely impressed with eFootball PES 2020. Yes there are some irregularities in the game but Konami are already on top of these issues. The future for eFootball PES 2020 looks very exciting & I am glad to finally be a part of it. I am awarding eFootball PES 2020 a Thumb Culture Gold Award.
eFootball PES 2020 provides some of the best gameplay the series has ever seen, thanks to some excellent tweaks and changes to the on pitch action. Disappointingly some of the game's modes still lack depth, such as the Ultimate Team competitor - MyClub, however that doesn't stop PES 2020 from offering arguably the finest footballing experience available in a video game right now.
eFootball PES 2020 is a well polished football simulation. I said simulation, because gameplay is much more slow and tactical. After playing years of FIFA, PES 2020 feels like a real change in a good way.

While there are noticeable upgrades with its strengths, with better gameplay and visuals, eFootball PES 2020 still lacks in terms of novelty, with some boring gameplay modes.

By implenting so many changes in its gameplay core, PES 2020 has managed to return this series back to its glory days. Appealing Master League section, along with more licensed teams and eyecathing visuals, all are complementary to the much entertaining gamplay of the game. The only things that keep PES2020 from being a perfect game are some online server problems and weak commentary.

PES 2020 is as good as it ever has been. Although the lack of licenses and dire commentary might put some off, the easier than ever to use edit mode means these ills shouldn't be a problem to fix. eFootball PES 2020 is a near-perfect football sim that deserves your attention.
eFootball PES 2020 is spinning it's wheels this year again with no groundbreaking additions to existing modes like it's predecessor and doesn't manage to provide enough incentive over the rest of the game to let FIFA finally lie in the shelf for once.
