Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Review Summary

FairCritic Consensus

Dragon Ball Universe

A game that fans can enjoy and be proud of.

Nostalgia Galore

Relive the best moments of the Dragon Ball series.

Gameplay Systems

Some gameplay systems, such as character progression, are a bit lacking.

While certainly not a masterpiece, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is one of the best ways to experience the Dragon Ball universe. With a lengthy story and plenty of content, this is one of the best Dragon Ball games to date.

But whether you’ve grown up with Goku and friends, or you’re a first timer who’s never fancied sitting through 300 episodes without getting to play a part in the action, this is still a great way to experience the classic story.
