With Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's release date of November 14 rapidly approaching, more and more information about the next annualized entry in the first-person shooter franchise is beginning to percolate.
First, we learned that Black Ops 7 would not support "Carry Forward" in order to make the experience "authentic." Then, we learned that the announced Operator Skins from the Vault Edition had been reworked to be less unrealistic.
Now, via reliable insider TheGhostofHope, it appears that the first few seasons of Black Ops 7 post-launch support will be massive.
In a post shared on Twitter, the insider reported that Treyarch had "pulled" some of Black Ops 6's post-launch content so it could be used in Black Ops 7. As a result, Season 1 through Season 4 for Black Ops 7 should be rather hefty, all things considered.
What's more, according to TheGhostofHope, Treyarch is being instructed to "leave nothing on the table," as a planned engine upgrade for Modern Warfare 4 (the next COD game after Black Ops 7) would require those assets to be reworked.
