A Pokemon Scarlet and Violet player developed a strategy around the Grass Pokemon called Sunflora and a team of uncommon critters to take down Pikachu the Unrivaled in a single strike. The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet player shared a video of their coordinated effort and detailed how their team was customized to take down the Seven-Star Tera Raid boss.

Known as the Mouse Pokemon, Pikachu is the latest Seven-Star Tera Raid boss to appear in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Though this Pikachu is a repeat of a raid from the 2023 edition of Pokemon Day, Pikachu the Unrivaled is a Tera-Water boss immune to Electric attacks due to its Lightning Rod ability. Ergo, Pikachu the Unrivaled's only weakness is Grass-type attacks such as Solar Beam and Leaf Blade. Pikachu the Unrivaled starts the battle with a full raid shield and the moves Rain Dance and Surf in order. The raid boss Pokemon also holds a Light Ball to boost the power of its Thunder, Play Rough, and Iron Tail attacks.

A new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift is on the way to the games, which will give players a starter from the Pokemon Horizons anime....
