The Steam Deck has been a fan-favorite addition to Valve's lineup since the handheld console first debuted in early 2022. Many of the most popular games on Steam are supported on the Steam Deck, with an expansive library of more than 25,000 games confirmed to work on the device. The Steam Deck even allows fans to use some third-party applications not featured on Steam, including those developed on Linux and games using Linux compatibility system Proton.
