All in all, Battle For Azeroth is in all things a true expansion to Warcraft; it is a continuation, a plateau for the game to simply continue existing.
While playing through SNK Heroines I had a difficult time figuring out its true target audience. The combat system isn't complex, or interesting, enough to attract hardcore fighter fans while the steep price and lackluster visuals make it difficult to recommend for fan service alone. Unfortunately, it seems like SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy falls into an awkward middle zone and doesn't excel where it needs to.
Overall, it looks like there's going to be plenty to see and experience in the Wolfhunter DLC.
Overall, my time with Mario Tennis Aces has been a blast.
Overall, players who spend money on Defiance 2050 will find a few quality-of-life improvements, but most of the upgrades will be acquired through play.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is a fun fighting game that succeeds in taking three very different games (and a western anime) and reaching a compromise on what system to use.
Summerset is a worthy addition to ESO and will provide hours of engaging gameplay that takes your character to some of the game's most striking locales.
If you're looking for a deep, highly realistic experience, this is exactly where you want to be.
All in all, it's not a BAD game, not by any stretch of the imagination, but that doesn't make it a great game. In the end, this is going to be a matter of taste; with so many battle royale games out there, where do you want to spend your time?
Subnautica is a beautiful game, only occasionally marred by sluggishness and the odd, errant bug.
This is one of those games that I constantly go back to when I'm bored or need some excitement. The endless treks into the desert will never get old and there is always something new to discover. Whether I want to spend all of my time building on the beach, or adventure into the wild to take down a boss or a wild animal for fur, there's always something to do. For the best experience, play on an official server with a high population.
It's a tough life out there in the Periphery. It'd be nice if mission difficulty had a more easy gradient but for a game series that has been gone for so long, I'm just happy that it's not only returned, but returned in the best shape it's been in a while.
Even after all these years, TERA's charm does not fail to impress.
Hyper Universe is good, it's worth trying it for sure. Just go in knowing its limits, there are a few more than you'd think at first glance.
If you enjoyed Left 4 Dead or Vermintide, this is a no-brainer. If you enjoy the Warhammer Fantasy world, this is as close as we currently have to being in it (though who wants that exactly?).
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a port of a brilliant arcade game mired down by its lack of content and modern expectations of what console fighting games should and should not have. I love the fight… I just hate what came with it.
Monster Hunter World is, bar none, the best Monster Hunter game to date. Not only did it succeed in delivering a solid hunting game to the new generation of consoles (and the PC at a much later date), it also implemented a series of much-needed quality of life changes that makes the overall experience better for old and new players alike.
If you enjoy fighting games or are a fan of Dragon Ball then I can't recommend Dragon Ball FighterZ enough. The gameplay is addicting, the visuals are outstanding, and it finally feels like you're fighting in the anime.
Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris feels like rushed DLC that was never expected to fix what the glaring problems with the base game. Rather than attempt anything, the lazy additions come off as what would in any other game be added in a free content patch, a skeletal selection of missions and events that are both minuscule in scope and forgettable at the same time.
