Super Mario Maker 2 adds a wealth of new features to an excellent foundation, but fails to address online issues.

The Last Remnant is a fascinating and frustrating experience. Beneath a fundamentally mediocre game are a lot of interesting ideas. The story is epic and interesting, but only in parts. The battle system is wholly unique and feels massive in scope. Except you have to play the game for hours and hours before it becomes any fun. The Switch is full of quality RPG ports at the moment, and there are plenty more coming. The Last Remnant is not one of them.

4.5 / 5.0 - The Sinking City
Jun 27, 2019

It's great to finally have a game that seems to put you right in the middle of one of H. P. Lovecraft's worlds… that sense of strangeness that lies over everything like a fog that draws you in and embraces you in the oddness of it all is quite compelling. Best played at night with the lights off to truly become immersed in the world of The Sinking City.

4.3 / 5.0 - Blood & Truth

As big a proponent of the system I am, my PSVR has nonetheless been kind of collecting dust these last few months after the heady highlights of Borderlands 2 and Astro Bot.

4 / 5.0 - Draugen

In summary, for anyone who is looking for a quick and easy game with beautiful Norwegian scenery, this is a must.  I do hope that the developers add more aspects of the storyline down the track, but it was a good play overall and worth a try if you have a few hours to kill.

3 / 5.0 - Hue

Hue is a simple yet satisfying 2D puzzle platform with a unique colour-switching mechanic.

For combat strategy fans who revel in difficulty and challenge, this game is a fantastic opportunity to perfect your tactics. The missions are long, complicated and will require multiple attempts to earn those all important medals and sense of accomplishment. For those short of patience or who don't like repeating missions, the basic graphics, poor storyline, and limited music will keep you away.

Like a spiritual successor to GTA2 American Fugitive will see you running afoul of the law with a touch of Dukes of Hazard thrown in.

4.5 / 5.0 - Observation
Jun 4, 2019

Overall it’s a fresh change from the standard jump scare, or shooter mechanic that we have so much of today. It’s a compelling story and one worth putting some time into puzzle solving to uncover.

I thoroughly enjoyed A Plague Tale: Innocence from start to finish and cannot fault this title at all. While the gameplay is fluid that is accompanied by excellent graphics and audio, where A Plague Tale – Innocence shines is with its characters and the way it tells their story. So if you're upset at how Game of Thrones ended and need a story that is told correctly, A Plague Tale – Innocence does that flawlessly.

Still and if you're desperate for sniping on the go…then Sniper Elite V2 Remastered  is perhaps your only choice. Plus, it does feature all of the title's DLC. I would, however, wait for a price drop and/or enter with lowered expectations.
