A beautiful game but not quite successful for me as a social experiment.
The Order of the Thorne is a title that is best left to the 80's for all intents and purchases. Buy it if you are a child of the 80's or just insanely curious.
Assassin's Creed Chronicles India is a bland instalment to an otherwise OK series. The inclusion of bad performance, mediocre controls and lackluster graphics certainly doesn't help.
Lego Marvel Avengers is cute fun with a familiar concept. Buy it for your kids if they want it, but don't break the bank for this iterative entry.
Bombshell sports impressive shooting and a stylish presentation, but the game's takes on exploration and narrative ultimately drag down the experience.
A promising start leads to a dismal end. Punch Club's quality dips shockingly fast and leaves a bitter taste upon completion.
This game is a nice toy for the puzzlers among us, but has a bit of a high price point for what it is. If that doesn't bother you, and the core gameplay is enough to be appealing, it's worth a shot.
A fun game that surprises and amuses. It's not exactly what you expect, but it's still a pleasant surprise. Skeptics should hold out until they see enough of it.
Final Fantasy Explorers can be an engaging experience, but with a slow start, a lack of communication options for multiplayer, and a lack of polish, it's hard to recommend.
Dragon's Dogma on PC is the best version of the game. It's charming and fun as the day it came out but this time at a higher resolution and better frame rate. The game engine shows its age but it's not enough to make this game less of a masterpiece.
In the end, The Deadly Tower of Monsters manages to accomplish exactly what it set out to do. It's a fun romp through the uncut commentary of an imaginary B-Movie. If nothing else, if you want a game to kick back and enjoy just for the sheer authentic cheese of it, you could definitely do worse than to give this one a shot.
A return to the licensed games of old, Gemini: Heroes Reborn provides players with a condensed combination of Bioshock and Portal that does more than just rehash, at least where gameplay is concerned.
Deserts of Kharak is a radical departure from previous franchise efforts, but most of what makes Homeworld great survived the transition.
A fun game for new or returning Resident Evil players. Will challenge a player to not only conserve resources and solve puzzles but to take on plenty of zombies.
A fun game that will keep your frustrated and wanting more but with short play time and quick turnaround it might be something you put down before too long.
This game has elements that make people like me smile and rage at the same time, but being objective, I can see how people may not be too enthused by that concept. This game is great for people who can stand praying to the RNG more than usual.
I like Mordheim more than I should. The game is a turn based grind-fest with a tacked on story mode, yet I keep firing it back up to play just one more mission.
Despite a buggy and somewhat incomplete experience, Aviary Attorney is a unique game that boasts the funniest script seen for quite some time.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is a poorly explained, but surprisingly addicting adventure with engaging combat, stunning visuals, and a fantastic soundtrack.
SteamWorld Heist is a fantastic strategy game that you will not want to miss, featuring amazing combat will keep you coming back.
