Armello is a well-done, smartly crafted turn-based tabletop strategy game. Play if you love tabletops. Pass if you can't stand games that involve dice rolls and skipped turns.
ReCore is great to kick off the season, despite it's feeling of being unfinished and a bit rushed towards the end.
A universally-divisive undertaking on a cosmic scale, No Man's Sky shines brightest when you are left to your own devices.
The game is solid, fun, and kept me entertained for quite a while. Sure, it can be frustrating at times, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t a great game. When you have the chance, pick this game up. You’ll get through it… eventually…
Song of the Deep is a solid effort by Insomniac Games to create a family friendly game adventure.
Carmageddon Max Damage would have made an incredible Sega Dreamcast title
Fenix Furia is a blast and a half. There are no mind-blowing levels or historic boss fights. This is a journey through cool artwork, clever platform sequences, and an impressive amount of challenging gameplay.
Avoid if you are easily frustrated or bored by slow-paced puzzle solvers. Play if you love a challenge and are looking for 10+ hours of gameplay out of an Xbox Arcade puzzle solver.
Color Symphony 2 is a great addition to an Xbox One gamer's library. Hinges on the player's appreciation for unique platformers
This is a polished hack-n-slash with basic premises and enough grind worthy gameplay to earn some attention. Not as memorable as you'd expect from a trip to the Bermuda Triangle, but it's a great way to escape for a weekend.
Among the Sleep won't be remembered as a top 20 all-time great horror, but it's definitely a well-crafted dip into a dreadful story.
This prison sim game is unique, memorable, and has the makings of an incredibly long playthrough off a single save file.
In Between is thought provoking and capitalizes on its creative concept. The heavy subject matter does not lend itself to be a casual gameplay experience, and it could be upsetting to an unsuspecting gamer.
Grim Legends The Forsaken Bride suffers from poorly written dialogue. The artwork is richly detailed, and it's the saving grace of the experience
Family friendly spelling game that's a great addition to the Xbox One arcade library. Highly addicting with great replay value! Avoid if you don't like spelling and play if your thesaurus isn't dusty.
Coffin Dodgers is a kart racing title that could have been memorable if it hadn’t missed so many opportunities. Play if you have a youngin’ and you’re looking for something newer. Otherwise, avoid this title like the black plague of death.
Soul Axiom is a relaxed, creative, puzzle-drive storyteller. It is a great addition to the world created in Master Reboot. What it lacks in visual appeal, it makes up for in soul. Avoid if you need action and play if you need a kickback-and-play title with a hearty story.
The mighty lombax shines brightly in this stellar re-imagining of the original Ratchet & Clank
This is hands down the best DOOM ID Software has made. The gore, music, visuals, and more are all spot on. It's totally worth the $60 you spend.
SUPERHOT is fantastic
