9 / 10.0 - Exo One
Dec 10, 2021

Exo One is a notably well-crafted audiovisual journey that is quite enjoyable to simply play through. While the story is lackluster and can even sometimes get in the way of the real joy of actually playing the game, it still adds some degree of depth and direction. Still, the game could do with an option to skip the story all-together and a level selection option after beating it to go back to your favorite planets. Leaving the story aside, flying through the different planets alongside your alien craft is quite an experience on Exo One. Headphones recommended.

8.5 / 10.0 - Tunche
Dec 10, 2021

There is no denying that Tunche is one of the best Indie titles to be released this year. With a gorgeous art style, great character designs, a rock solid gameplay loop and some sweet action it is a joy to play and easy to learn. However it might prove a little too repetitive for some.

7.8 / 10.0 - Myth of Empires
Dec 7, 2021

At the end of the day, I'm in a bit of an awkward position with Myth of Empires. It's by no means a bad game. All of its parts function as they mean to, and it can be quite absorbing. However, it lacks the staying power of other MMOs. This can be fixed with a smaller map, to increase player interaction and speed up building by giving you more access to materials. Some sort of story might help as well, considering how quite a few MMO fans play for the story, and the added context would give more meaning to the experience. However, even without any of that, Myth of Empires is a solid game that I can reccomend to anyone looking for a survival-crafting fix. Happy building!

8.6 / 10.0 - art of rally
Dec 6, 2021

art of rally is an excellent homage to the golden era of rallying. With a huge number of cutely recreated cars and expansive stages to use them in, the main career mode is an absolute treat. The driving itself is very well-tuned, helping the player get this feeling of flow when everything's going right. There may be slender options outside of the main career and a few issues with pop-in, but they barely affect this magical driving experience.

Fights in Tight Spaces places itself in a unique position in the roguelike-deckbuilder genre. While the influence of games like Slay The Spire is apparent, the combat resolves in a very different way thanks to the introduction of a grid system and other turn-based tactics elements. The presentation is phenomenal and makes for an overall great game that is going to please fans of deckbuilders, tactic games and action movies buffs alike.

If you are searching for a new take on a classic style of game, then this might be the very thing you are looking for.

Although highly requested and competently made, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl prove the franchise is in serious need of a new vision. This faithful remake fails to interest or excite for a majority of the 40-hour campaign.
