Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare reaped the wrath of gamers when it was first announced, but contrary to the bile spewed on it on YouTube, it's not even close to being a horrible game. In fact, it packs a fantastic campaign, amazing visuals, and plenty of content to justify its asking price.

Jotun is the first game in a while that fully pulled me into its world. The lands of Viking myth are here brought to stunning life and the epic boss battles with the numerous Giants are the icing on the game cake. Easily the most Viking game since The Banner Saga.

Man the oars and burn the churches! An excellent Viking adventure that is kept from perfection by a few niggling issues in story and a sometimes punitive combat system. Very much worth a look for all fans of Vikings, tactical combat or turn-based RPGs.

Arca's Path VR's use of gaze controls really helps to make it feel unique but intuitive. It's a bit short, but still well worth the investment for the meditative experience it provides.

This has got to be one of the most fun survival/crafting games since Minecraft. With the dinosaurs, diverse crafting options and detailed graphics, Ark truly delivers an immersive experience. Taming time, limited player space and a HUGE (too big) open world are things that Studio Wildcard could look to change, without altering server settings.

"Though there seems to be a content wall holding it back, as well as some glitches needing to be worked out, Sea of Thieves is a solid title. Beautiful visuals and impactful audio draw the player in to an immersive experience."

82 / 100 - Chambara
Aug 5, 2016

If you have friends willing to travel or live with people who love gaming, Chambara will provide hours of great fun. A clever and striking art style allows some great tactical and tense gameplay. Its a little light on content, but what is here is a solid experience. Unfortunately it does suffer from being local multiplayer only, as a large portion of players will be excluded because of it.
