Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash is obviously aimed at those who prefer the fan service moments that are prominently featured in the series, but presentation wise, it is pretty solid on its own although the gameplay suffers from terrible AI that spoils the overall experience.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite lacks on the story front with a short campaign full of fan service moments, but it does provide a deep and satisfying gameplay. The lack of 3 vs. 3 battles is somewhat forgiven in the light of the more focused battles and the Infinity Gems add an interesting layer of strategy to the overall combat system.

Pokken Tournament DX might not be a big jump in term of features from the Wii U version unlike Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but it does offer the best way to play the game. The additional new characters are fun to use and the Team Battle mode is a nice addition for multiplayer while utilizing the portable nature of the Nintendo Switch.

Slightly Mad Studios appears to have taken the feedback of the fans into consideration when developing the sequel resulting in a product that is a solid upgrade over the original Project CARS. This might not be the perfect racing simulator but it definitely offers the best package overall in term of the visuals and the gameplay simulation.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony continues the series tradition of a great story with a memorable cast of characters. The plot twists this time are the craziest yet and the game never takes a moment to slow down after a relatively slow paced start.

There is not a lot of new features to be excited about in Sine Mora EX but it does provide a solid side-scrolling shooter. The addition of co-op versus modes are a nice bonus to have and make it easier to recommend the Switch version.

Mary Skelter: Nightmares is one of the better dungeon crawlers on the PS Vita. It combines the dungeon exploration with a fun combat system and attempts to simplify many of the chores that are usually a part of the Dungeon RPG genre.

Destiny 2 is a sequel that appears to play it safe in term of innovations and instead tries to improve on the solid gameplay roots set by the original. The end result is a game that is a joy to play but at the same time, it appears to lack the excitement of a brand new entry.

This is the ultimate Naruto collection and even though the combat system might be similar, the adventure mode offered here is unique with each game offering its own set of story moments, different forms of exploration in the Ninja Leaf Village and flashy cinematic battles that should please the Naruto fans.

Rayman Legends Definitive Edition proves to be one of the best co-op experience on the Nintendo Switch. Its only negative aspect is the price otherwise it is a fantastic game to play for multiplayer that utilizes the unique control scheme of the Nintendo Switch hardware.

The sequel offers twice the content of its predecessor but still suffers from the same flaws. The combat is pretty straightforward but the highlight of the game is easily its visual novel segments that lets you experience the story in great detail.

Retaining the charm of a classic horror game with focus on survival and exploration, White Day attempts to bring Asian horror elements into the mix and presents an interesting story premise that urges you to uncover its mysteries. Ys VIII marks the return of Adol Christin back to the big screen. The story might be lackluster in the game but the actual writing effort is solid with some great character moments in the main campaign. The combat is easily the best the series has to offer so far.

Resident Evil Revelations is a fairly basic port for the PS4 and Xbox One. The addition of 60 FPS to the re-release of the game is nice and makes the gameplay experience smoother, but the visuals are dated by now and the presentation still suffers from the handheld origins.
