Shadow Warrior 3 has good combat, but its content is too short to recommend it at launch. It is certainly a title to keep on the radar if you are a fan of this type of FPS.

Dawn of Ragnarok is the perfect expansion for what the latest trilogy in the Assassin's Creed franchise set out to tell. With a fun new world to explore, new skills and, most importantly, a very well written story that should please longtime fans of the series.

GRID Legends doesn't do anything particularly new or ambitious, opting to stay close to the series' strong structure and add more content compared to its predecessor. More ambition would certainly be help to draw more attention to it, but regardless, it's still an excellent racing title.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is a masterpiece by Gust and the best game in the franchise so far. All elements work to perfection to deliver a rewarding experience. There's an amazing cast of characters, great story and the best combat, alchemy and exploration systems ever seen in the series.

Monark is a tangled web of good ideas that could have become a good game, but end up being hidden under an awful execution. The combat system is the best part, but it fails by its excessive repetition and the story stuns the player by taking one of the worst possible directions and throwing away all it could have been.

Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5, but ends up being somewhat technically limited in its PS4 version.

Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden is a great turn-based RPG, with a good story to tell and fun and challenging combat systems. There are some limitations that prevent it from reaching another level, but the game does everything it sets out to do with excellence.

Martha is Dead is a horror game that had everything to hold the player's attention. Although the story is really strong, there is a very slow pace, which ends up causing exhaustion before even halfway through the game.

Rise of the Third Power is a fun RPG inspired by classics of the genre that only suffers from its excessive linearity. It features an excellent combat system and a story that, despite falling into certain clichés, is supported by the strength of a very entertaining and concise text that delivers exactly what you want without going overboard.

Heart of the Woods is a perfectly fine visual novel, a good introduction to those that have never played an OELVN. However, it has clichés and a story that is divided between a romance that doesn't seem very believable and a mystery with a predictable outcome, not reaching its full potential and ends up leaving something to be desired.

Despite some good decisions in its unique elements, Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is a game quite limited by its basic structure, which becomes repetitive very quickly. It's easy to have fun with it, but there are better options available within the franchise.

Horizon Forbidden West is a masterpiece. The foundation that Horizon Zero Dawn has laid is improved in every way, whether it's gameplay or story. We have amazing graphics, charismatic characters, an intriguing plot and an addictive, varied and challenging gameplay.

I really wish I'd been more involved with In My Shadow, but the great core concept isn't enough to sustain an uninvolved story and shaky artwork. While the puzzles themselves have their virtues, the platforming leaves something to be desired, resulting in a disconnected and incomplete set.

Guardian of Lore fails to execute many aspects of gameplay and never delivers anything fun to the player. Even the interesting premise and nice art won't save the game from being something mediocre.

The King of Fighters XV improves on what was presented in its predecessor, especially the graphics and the online netcode. However, the absence of some classic fighters is notable. And mechanically speaking, don't expect anything too different from KOF XIV.

Infernax brings an interesting system of choices in a retro game, giving a certain freedom to the player, something that was not so common in the 8-bit era. The gameplay is quite primitive and there hasn't been too much effort to bring more modern elements to it. Thus, it is difficult to recommend Infernax to players who cannot tolerate the gameplay and aesthetics typical of the era it simulates. If that's not your case, Infernax is worth checking out. It's a nostalgic, fun game, with considerable content and with good surprises in store.

Edge of Eternity has cool ideas and a world that could be very amazing, but it seems that Midgard Studios didn't know how to handle the technical part of the open world very well and all that immersion seems to have died in the presentation trailer.

If you can overcome the terrible controls, Cannibal Cuisine can be a fun cooking-style game, especially in co-op modes.

Sifu is an amazing action game with rich and challenging combat that constantly forces you to think about how to better face and survive certain situations. The low variety of enemies and the short duration are a little disappointing, but they are minor stumbling blocks for an excellent title.
