Although SaGa Frontier Remastered is an old game with a nostalgic appeal, it is impossible not to compare it with current titles of the genre and realize that much is missing. If you played the original, it might be worth taking a chance on the extra content, otherwise, I recommend waiting for a sale.

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… is the best starting point to discover one of the greatest franchises ever made by Square Enix in recent times. The title is much more than a simple remaster, correcting the main flaws that its original version had, while raising it to a level close to that of its successor. It is gratifying to know that such a title has finally been able to see the light of day again after spending years stuck on a platform.

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut is the refinement of one of the most innovative systems in the RPG genre of recent times, with interesting missions, a very particular artistic style and a surprisingly well-articulated branched narrative construction. A must for lovers of a beautiful story and a great RPG.

80 / 100 - Cozy Grove
Apr 12, 2021

Cozy Grove entertains and manages to keep you playing for a long time, despite sometimes being heavy because of so many details. The multitude of possibilities gives the impression that there is always something new to be done, and the game in real time can motivate you to always come back the next day to continue the adventure. On the other hand, some may find that, for the same reason, it is a slow (or even repetitive) game.

85 / 100 - Outriders
Apr 10, 2021

Outriders is the best release among the various looter shooters that have come out in recent years and has great potential ahead. Gameplay is the biggest highlight here, but it will need more content to maintain the success achieved and overcome some flaws. Despite the technical problems faced at its launch, the title is more than recommended for anyone looking for a new loot game.

45 / 100 - Evil Inside
Apr 9, 2021

Evil Inside is a great game to take some jump scares, nothing more. Besides the short duration, the characters design is really awfull and the challenges does not exist. Stay away from this and use your money wisely with another game.

84 / 100 - Sanity of Morris
Apr 8, 2021

Gathering elements of psychological tension, exploration and an alien plot, Sanity of Morris seeks to deliver an authentic experience within its own conception by investing in two parallel stories that will win the attention of the players. Despite presenting some slips in its technical part that can hinder part of the campaign's progress, the game delivers consistency and fun in the art of narrating bizarre events and causing discomfort.

Bringing together all the main techniques of the FMV genre, I Saw Black Clouds is a title that focuses on sensitive topics in a perspective of terror and tension that offers an acceptable gaming experience within its own limitations. Allowing the plot decisions to be made by the player, the main objective is to tell a story of friendship and personal overcoming that can be understood from different points of view causing impacts and emotions at specific moments, but that do not take the game to another level.

Balan Wonderworld is not a complete disaster – there are some interesting ideas at certain points in the journey and the soundtrack is often striking. However, the mechanics of the costumes (that are the heart of the game) aren't very good and are very unbalanced. In addition, the design of the levels is strange and Balan's Bout minigame is just horrible.

45 / 100 - Bite the Bullet
Apr 4, 2021

Bite the Bullet may resemble classic games like Contra or Metal Slug, but it is far from delivering a satisfying experience. The mix of styles does not work and, even if it has a functional combat, it becomes a repetitive, tedious and uninteresting game.

Neptunia Virtual Stars is, in short, a title that tries to accomplish too many things and the result is disastrous in every aspect. Fans of the Neptunia series or V-Tubers may find some brief fun moments, but the gameplay has structural issues so serious that it is hard to recommend this title to anyone.

Signs of the Sojourner is a game about connection and communication. 30 / 100 - The Five Covens
Mar 29, 2021

With horrible controls, very bad camera and flawed mechanics, the weak and cliché story is not enough to hold attention. Even children can be picky enough to prefer another game to The Five Covens, since it is easy to find something better.

60 / 100 - Can't Drive This
Mar 28, 2021

Can't Drive This brings out the best in the concept of asymmetric collaborative multiplayer (local or online) with simplified track-building and vehicle driving gameplay, but offers little audiovisual and variability content within each mode, which can impair the longevity of production. Although limited, it has a creative and very fun idea to share with friends and family.
