Divinity: Original Sin 2 is a masterpiece and there are simply not enough words in the English language I can use to describe how I felt playing it. Visually it is vibrant, stunning and wonderfully elegant, with a soundtrack to match that never misses a beat. Every characters is hugely unique and excellently brought to life through both staggering voice acting and creative design, meaning whether you chose to play as your own or one of Larian’s “guys”, you’ll never have the same experience twice.
Vaporum catches attention easily. We like steampunk, it’s cool, and ever since Bioshock brought steampunk back people have been trying to encapsulate that style.
If you love One-Piece and haven’t played the base game or all the DLC for this title, I can highly recommend it. None-fans, I’d watch a couple of episodes of the anime first, but it’s still worth your time; just beware the lack of an English voice track.
SUPER HOT is a fantastic game, and one that is hiding secretly as a fantastic FPS mixed with a puzzle game, getting to the end will get you a feeling that other games just do not give you these days.
Invision Project Cars 2 as your ultimate ride of your life
The story dives in a few places too. Characters sudden appearance and sudden disappearance just seems to be to fill holes in the story, and the introduction of new characters is done with some haste and feels janky. It seems like they had a solid beginning, but missed out time on the ending, focusing more on just connecting it to the next chapter than giving a fulfilling set of reasons to take you there.
Personally I would have to say that for me the game didn’t disappoint and I will defiantly be looking into past games in the series and looking forward to future ones.
No doubt this game is a good idea. Hunting illnesses in a body definitely appeals, but all the execution does is ruin that idea, miss-stepping over basic FPS rules and laws and ending up with something that misses the mark entirely.
If you aren’t a fan of visual novels or RPG’s then half of this game will be tolerance waiting for fun, which is how no good game should be. This game isn’t for me, but fans of the previous iterations or fans of both genres will find enjoyment on this game.
Everything in F1 2017 far surpasses everything that made 2016 such a great racing sim, and though the results aren’t as noticeably superior as last year’s improvements, the subtle changes here have set the bar on what makes a truly deep and exciting Formula One experience.
Battle Chasers: Nightwar is a very pleasant and enjoyable game. With a pleasing aesthetic, fun and quick gameplay, and an intriguing story. It is definitely a recommended turn-based RPG, for beginners and veterans alike, with a relatively simple battle system and enough hidden depth to get you hooked and planning out every battle many moves ahead.
Overall WRC 7 is an enjoyable, rewarding title, with a curve that will suit rally enthusiasts looking for a simulation, it is not as simulated as Project Cars 2, but its does try. It will not take newcomers by the hand, but it will guide you and teach you to drive from the very low tiers and as you improve, so does your standings. For experienced drivers, you will be tested, oh yes you will be, so be prepared.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 is a terrific game and Konami have definitely scored a cracker here. It may not have the shine, the names, or the good commentary that FIFA has, but the challenging, rewarding and impressive tweaks to the AI and gameplay really do make PES2018 the most realistic and enjoyable football games on the market right now.
t’s reassuring that even when cashing in on the impending Autumn blockbuster, Warner Bros have pulled no punches when making this game. If you’re looking for a solid platformer to play alone, with friends or with family, then LEGO Ninjago is a pretty kickass choice!
The game wants you to like it; it’s witty dialogue, the funky soundtrack and ambitious combat make for a charming experience. It feels like it needs some more polish though. There is an incredibly solid premise here moments in the game that had me locked in a rhythm of perfectly dodging enemies and surviving incredibly stacked encounters stylishly.
What can I say, this season is turning out to be one hell of a journey and I am loving every bit of it. I can’t really think of anything negative I want to whine about or something that would stop me from giving this episode a full on 10, which is not something often occurring.
A fitting end to a plot line some consider the best in the universe so far. I’m excited to see what comes next for the franchise, I can only see it either getting better or just hovering around consistently great fun to play. But for now, any fans of the franchise have a lot of fun to be found in this new instalment.
FIFA 18 is just a FIFA game, and therein lies the problem. It has every game mode, mechanic and feature that a FIFA game should, but at the same time, it doesn’t have that sparkle that the usual yearly instalments of the game have in one form or another.
The price currently sits at £7.99 for the game so again a bit much, though would highly recommend people to look out for it on sale, if you’re into puzzle games or just want something different because not going to lie the pros for the game out way the cons. You’ll definitely get some enjoyment out of this little indie game.
This game isn’t action packed or filled to the brim with quests to follow, but offers you a profound story accompanied by a breathtaking score and moving visuals. Forgotten Key’s AER Memories of Old is an unmissable Indie game of 2017.
