While adjusting to the controls takes longer than it should, it's mostly worth it. Edna & Harvey: The Breakout – Anniversary Edition shines with more to like than loathe. Particularly the overabundance of dialogue, which is accomplished and comical. I'm glad I stuck with this game. As a genre enthusiast, I found it to be entertaining.
Home Sheep Home: Farmageddon Party Edition is that rare party game that succeeds equally with its single-player and multiplayer components. The story mode puzzles are very clever, the multiplayer games are tremendously fun, and there's enough variety to provide a surprising amount of life. If you missed the original release for Nintendo Switch like we did, don't miss this relaunch.
It's a niche genre on consoles, but as someone who's intrigued that the Switch is getting titles formerly limited to the PC, I'm growing as a fan. The feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction from a job well done is real, and I can have more success thanks to the elimination of some of the complexities. I've enjoyed my time with Truck and Logistics simulator, and only wish it had more options ready for its $39.99 launch.
Because of its dedicated focus on strategy, Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia is a refreshing change to today's gimmicky turn-based JRPGs. Its serious story, unique gameplay elements, and challenging scenarios will appeal to those who recall a time when tactical games were more about strategy and less about selecting their waifu.
Hill Climbing Mania feels like it was a rushed-to-market, "let's do one of those" copies of a game already out there. With some mid range revisions, this could be a fun game, especially for the 7 to 12 year old crowd. It would not need a complete overhaul, but it does need more than simple cosmetic touch ups.
Do Not Feed the Monkeys is a simple game that has put a lot of effort into constructing an absorbing world that it is easy to let take priority over making sure your character eats
This port is certainly nothing to write home about, but the core game is a classic, priced at just $14.99. Nostalgia, and the ability to play in handheld mode, are enough to recommend STAR WARS Episode I Racer on the Nintendo Switch eShop to fans.
Radio Squid has varying moments of charm with its monochrome look and fun chiptune soundtrack. But, sadly, it falls short due to a beat-based shooting mechanic that continually works against you and feels half-baked.
Demon's Tier+ is a charming dungeon-RPG with unforgiving mechanics. With perseverance and a friend, getting through the dungeon is possible.
While it may not be critically riveting, Potato: Fairy Flower is a game that is simply meant to be played and enjoyed. There is some storytelling, some sense of adventure, some pattern learning and an adversary to overcome. There are also some areas where it could use some polishing, but taken for what it is, this is a fun game.
The Borderlands series was better then I expected. Get over 200 hours of gameplay with this Legendary Collection of the first three Borderlands games. If you're a fan of first-person shooters, then I highly recommend the Borderlands Legendary Collection on Nintendo Switch.
The XCOM 2 Collection is a great addition to the Switch library with its strategic gameplay and intriguing storyline. While there are some issues with framerate drops scattered throughout the massive campaign, this is still a title fans of the genre will love to play on the go.
If you are like me and have never played a BioShock game before, I highly recommend picking up this collection. If you played one of these games or even all of them on another console, it is still an excellent collection on the Switch. Since you get all three games and their DLC, I think it is well worth the asking price.
In other words, if you’re considering Railway Empire because you love the sound of a train in the distance, you’re not likely to enjoy the game. This is a management seem that digs deeply into the technology, the business strategy, and the economic acumen required to tame America’s landscape and reach the pinnacle of what this nation’s all about: corporate power.

For the budget price range, Rigid Force Redux is a solid game and fun to play—no loss in grabbing this and blowing stuff up. But not much has been done in this title that stands out amongst an extensive library of shmups on the Switch. It needs more content.
Bridge Strike delivers technically competent arcade action that fans of River Raid will appreciate. Repetition, lower difficulty, and no leaderboards in the endless mode combine to make it not as enjoyable as it could've been. But it still is a fun little game, one that has me hoping for a sci-fi sequel.
Thy Sword is a good platformer with many controls that need time to get familiarized with. Once you get past that, the gameplay is pretty fun. This is one to go back to once in a while.
Arcade Archives: Sunset Riders for the Nintendo Switch is a clear indication of why the game deserves to be placed in the upper echelon of arcade classics. It's non-stop joy from start to finish, offering an effective blend of comedy and action that you're free to beat with either skill or restarts.
While I'll eventually grow bored with this title, it hasn't happened yet, even with 50-plus hours combined between my wife and I playing. I still have perks to unlock and properties to fix and sell. House Flipper is much better than expected and will keep you busy for a long while, even longer once the game is updated.
