If you're looking for a magical adventure, you might just stop looking. ABZÛ has some great moments and atmosphere, even if that carries price of its short length. If you've liked Journey, you will like ABZÛ as well.

Spiders Studio has escaped its own shadow with The Technomancer. While the game is not perfect, and isn't a match for the kings of the genre llike Mass Effect of The Witcher, it still can be enjoyable.

Valentino Rossi The Game is one of best games by the Italian studio Milestone. The game contains great amount of content, but it still has its problems. If you're a fan of MotoGP or Rossi, consider a purchase.

N.E.R.O.: Nothing Ever Remains Obscure is a walking simulator that's stuck somewhere in the middle of the road. It hides plenty of secrets, the atmosphere is also there, but the technical issues and unnecessary simplicity drag the title down.

Inside is an excellent puzzle game that will certainly please fans of the genre. Everything works like a Swiss watch and it'd be a pity to let this interesting experience slide. If you want to add another high quality game to your library, don't hesitate. Inside is a good purchase that will give you many great moments.

Umbrella Corps is an excellent example of how to not make a game. The lack of interesting content, uninteresting gameplay, no motivation to play the game more than one or two times and a big shame for the Resident Evil franchise. Yes, it had its low moments before, but Umbrella Corps is definitely the lowest. Keep your distance.

Dead Island Definitive Collection offers a lot of content for relatively little money. The predecessor of Dying Light is entertaining even today, so if you haven't had the honor yet, feel free to give the undead a chance.

New Ratchet & Clank game is a perfect demonstration of what a modern action platformer should look like. Its developers modernized some outdated mechanics, dressed the game in an excellent audiovisual coat and created a title that every single fan of quality titles should own.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst tries hard to engage players and develop the concept outlined in the original game further, but it doesn't completely succeed. It's a pity that the developers haven't put a a little more effort into it and it's kind of a missed opportunity. If you're a fan of the first game, Catalyst will surely delight you, but the rest of the players may not be interested.

If you like AGS adventure games, Kathy Rain shouldn't disappoint you. However, I hope that we'll eventually get a sequel that will answer questions raised by the conclusion of the first game.

80% - Doom
Jun 9, 2016

The new DOOM is a great example of how a modern game based on concepts from 23 years ago can work. Despite the fact that the game doesn't bring anything new, it is a grand entertainment, which is only let down by the unremarkable multiplayer.

An excellent conclusion to the series that will undoubtedly please every fan. A really massive expansion that works like a standalone game and shows the middle finger to the short DLCs for other games. Huge props to CDPR.

Two times wasn't the charm this time. Homefront: The Revolution is different from its predecessor, but it makes almost the same mistakes. It will find its fans anyway, because the concept of a FPS set in an open urban environment is undoubtedly attractive. Personally, however, I would appreciate if the potential third entry in the series would try a different approach.

The new Shadow of the Beast is good, but not as good as the fans would like. It's still quite fun, but the story mode is pitfully short, which is the biggest problem. However, if you decide to discover everything it offers, you'll certainly spend a few entertaining hours here.

Naughty Dog have done it once again! They were able to top all the other predecessors and in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, created an masterpiece of action adventure genre. This is a gem of a video game with huge amount of small details, which create a cohesive experience like never before. The last chapter of Nathan Drake's story simply couldn't end with a bigger bang.

Mortal Kombat XL delivers everything that should have been included in the original game. Which means, great diversity of fighters and a number of costumes that had to be bought as DLC before. If you're looking for a good fighting game, Mortal Kombat XL is a best chapter in whole series.

This War of Mine: The Little Ones is an interesting title depicting a war conflict through the eyes of children. It doesn't lack strong moments, moral choices, depression or fear for the characters you'll be entrusted with. As a whole, it offers an experience that you'll not find elsewhere. If you've played the original game on a PC or mobile device, don't expect much new stuff, but newcomers should give it a chance.

70% - MXGP2
Apr 19, 2016

MXGP2 is among the best in the Milestone portfolio. It's not a perfect product, but motocross fans shouldn't miss the game. Don't be discouraged by the initial difficulty, you'll just need a little training and tougher nerves. The game offers a lot of content with an official license, but it's a pity that the developers were unable to complete their efforts in full.
