Wonder Boy Collection is a compilation of the Westone franchise that includes four of the six classic installments of the saga -we are left without two thirds-. Relive the classic installments of Wonder Boy and Monster World or discover them for the first time, since today they are still super enjoyable.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a very good idea and, more importantly, a very well executed idea. No other game to date has made us feel like a wrecker like this. It's a shame that it lacks variety of content in the form of more types of spaceships, and that its sometimes endless dialogue is unplayable.

In this excellent state for shoot'em ups, Remote Life is another very interesting proposal. A three-year effort by a single person, Mario Malagrino, who can be proud of the result. Three years later comes the jump to consoles, so that more people can enjoy this 'euroshmup' with so much work behind it, and the result is a game that will satisfy fans of the genre, although it may not suit those who are not. so much. A gameplay with some edges, in a demanding game and with an exquisite visual imagery, added to its perfect mission system to distribute the games to taste. A successful and pampered old-school arcade, although rough at times.

Souldiers is an interesting new metroidvania with souls-like combat. A great adventure that will take us through the lands of Terragaya by one of the three possible playable characters. The game has all the elements to become one of the classics of the genre but it lacks a few adjustments and a final polish that we hope will come in the form of future updates.

If Rolling Gunner was already a title with a good reception and packaging, within its cave of users, this edition with the addition of 'Over Power', what comes is to expand, loosen and satisfy more users of direct action and fast games . Rolling Gunner was already an excellent bullet-hell shmup, more accessible and open than it was a couple of decades ago, although tough nonetheless. And now an edition is released on PlayStation 4 that with this '+' scales even better between casual quick games, all kinds of challenges and settings, and the extreme challenge that those pros of the subgenre demand. The neo retro is not only offering games that polish and tweak past mechanics, but also knowing how to make steps in them so that anyone stays, or goes up, to the one they prefer.

Cotton Fantasy is the new installment of the veteran Success Corporation franchise that champions the cute 'em up subgenre. 22 years after his last Dreamcast adventure -bypassing the remake Reboot! and various ports released last year - of the witch Nata de Cotton. We will once again control the young and problematic witch along with six other playable characters -including one unlockable-, each with their own gameplay and mechanics that will make each game with each of them a new and satisfying experience.

Kao The Kangaroo is a clear child of his time, for better and for worse, he is far from the great current platforms both in quality and content but his proposal is fresh and pleasant. We are facing a fun, entertaining and well-cared game that transports us fully to the 128-bit era and fans of this type of game are very grateful for it.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong offers us a new installment of the vampire franchise, this time focused on narrative and investigation. Although its gameplay mechanics are interesting and original, and the dialogue system works wonderfully, its numerous technical problems, repetitive gameplay, and uninteresting plot detract several points from a game that could have been better than it is.

There are few drawbacks that we can find in Hellslave, the title looks amazing in all its aspects. With a mix of genres that goes like a glove, it is a highly recommended title for its game system, history, and audiovisual section. The truth is that the 'only' thing to object to is that there is still no translation into Spanish.

Outward: Definitive Edition could be a great opportunity to breathe new life into a great game, but its next-gen release is marred by annoying glitches not present in the original version.

Snow Bros. Nick & Tom Special is the remake of Toaplan's Arcade classic. We relive the adventure of the brothers Nick & Tom in a good update with 30 new levels and new game modes, which however has created a controversy by turning the new Monster Challenge game mode -a priori the most interesting novelty - in a paid DLC for the digital version of the title. Therefore, if you are interested in the game, go for the physical edition.

DOLMEN is a new action RPG with influences from the Souls franchise, where we must travel to a hostile planet to find answers to what happened there while trying to recover the fragments of the DOLMEN crystal, which has the ability to transport us between realities. An interesting proposal that will satisfy lovers of this type of game.

Fans of mystery novels will enjoy trying to discover the murderer of each episode in this series of cases that make up The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story. Perhaps a little more interaction would be good in a game in which the moments of discovering the murderer shine with their own light, reminiscent of the trials of the Phoenix Wright saga.

The Stanley Parable: Ultra deluxe is a new version of the 2013 classic that adds a good number of novelties, decisions and alternative endings. If you've never played the original game, it's time to give this new installment a chance and find out what makes it so great.

Farm Manager 2022 offers us a realistic court simulator that is more focused on business management than on player relaxation. Its gameplay depth is enough to attract players of this type of title, but its number and variety of game modes offer one more incentive to give it a try.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an interesting introduction to the world of Eiyuden Chronicle, where we will meet charismatic characters and will serve as a prologue to One Hundred Heroes. It mixes a gameplay that at times can be agile and fun, with lots of hours of repetitive fetch quests. Still, as I say, interesting introduction if you want to start meeting some of our companions in the main game.

Trek to Yomi is a 2.5D hack 'n' slash that will take us to feudal Japan in a story of samurais, love, revenge and duty. All this with a cinematographic treatment of the filmmaker Akira Kurosawa that is reflected in the game with an impressive audiovisual section. The gameplay, however, does not reach the same levels of quality, and it is possible that we will notice some repetition at times, although the game is still remarkable.

Dice Legacy: Corrupted Fates is a good expansion at a good price, with new dice types and a new game mode. The same will not revolutionize Dice Legacy, but they are interesting additions, especially for the public of the original game.
