7.8 / 10.0 - The Riftbreaker
Oct 22, 2021

The Riftbreaker is a wonderful defencee game with excellent actions. Collecting, adventure, and combat are harmoniously mixed. However, repeating play routines at late phase is boring. It would be much more fun If unexpected factors were added.

7.7 / 10.0 - Back 4 Blood
Oct 21, 2021

People think Back for Blood is a successor to Left for Dead, but in fact, it is more of a hardcore cooperative game such as GTFO than an exciting zombie shooter. The challenging difficulty and unique "card deck" system are good factors that make the game fun, but there is also a contradiction that it is very difficult to feel this fun in a random matching situation where communication is not free. It's a game that gives good fun, but the conditions for the fun are very strict.

8 / 10.0 - Inscryption
Oct 21, 2021

Inscryption is a fantastic card game, but the genre itself becomes its weakest point. If it kept tensions till its end, it would be much more thrilling work.

7.6 / 10.0 - New World
Oct 18, 2021

New World is a rare MMORPG that can properly immerse itself in the 'role play', the essence of RPG. However, too poor PVE content, low-capacity servers, and mistakes in live services compared to well-designed PVP systems make the game overshadow its advantages.

Oct 15, 2021

Another masterpiece came to us! Its usual formula from the series may makes you feel bored, and later the story may seems to be thrown to different ways from your expectation. But, just believe Freebird Games. They know how to build emotional, meaningful story.

Melty Blood: Type Lumina went beyond fan service game for Type-moon fans, and built a strong foundation as 2D fighting game. However, the number of character is not enough to fulfill fan's need, and its scenario is too short. Also its PC version is not good to play multi play mode.

8.5 / 10.0 - Lost Judgment
Oct 3, 2021

'Lost Judgment', well known for starring 'Takuya Kimura', famous Japanese actor and singer, is an action adventure game revealing a mean side of society. Even though its plot is a little bit clumsy, it exposes and criticizes hardcore social problems such as bullying video. And newly added 'teenage drama' is well organized.

Diablo II: Resurrected is a good game that creates the greatness of the original work with visuals suitable for modern sensibility. However, the fact that he left the obvious discomfort of the old game untouched raises suspicions that Blizzard has no longer been able to handle the game.

7.8 / 10.0 - Metallic Child
Oct 1, 2021

Considering that it is a one-man development, it is a fairly well-made game. Don't judge it by its cute graphics. It well mixed two different style-Hack and Slash/Roguelite in gameplay, and showed off deep, challenging combat experience. Especially all the bosses had their own characteristics that you may feel it smell like Megaman series at all. However, it's a shame that its stage design and process is monotonous.
