STORY OF SEASONS: A Wonderful Life is truly a unique game, bringing the franchise's well-known formula but with a new twist that will surprise even veterans. The mix of traditional simulation elements, along with the additional focus on the character's life and the way the game seeks to tell a story over the years with visible changes in the characters and the world around them, is special and makes Forgotten Valley worth playing.

A healthy diet prescribed by a nutritionist is a great help. You already know this, but don't trust the charlatans out there. Always seek specialized help; your health is no joke. Fitness Circuit should be seen as a valuable addition to your health, but it's not a magical solution to all your problems.

I've always recommended Katamari Damacy, despite some aspects I wasn't entirely happy with, but We Love Katamari, especially its remastered version with the addition of Royal Reverie, is a complete delight. A game that makes you forget about life, comical throughout, and simply charming. And I didn't even mention the inclusion of local multiplayer, available as both a versus and cooperative mode, which greatly increases replayability. Don't miss the opportunity to experience the series, because from 2004 to today, it's worth every second.

In conclusion, Raiden III x MIKADO MANIAX is an excellent game for anyone who was a fan of the series or is a fan of shmups in general. With its intuitive and simple gameplay, it becomes an addictive experience, but frustrating if you are not already used to the genre.

In summary, Loop8: Summer of Gods has a great story idea, beautiful visuals, a good soundtrack and interesting characters to meet, and it is a very ambitious attempt by Marvelous, with a game that is very different from the rest of the genre, but it did not have a good balance between its mechanics, and the gameplay ends up breaking the entire experience, making it overwhelming and repetitive, full of moments that seem to not respect the time the player puts into the game. Furthermore, Loop8 is a perfect example that there's no point in having good ideas, good graphics and good presentation if the gameplay isn't fun enough

With beautiful pixel art that accurately conveys the characters' expressions, an excellent soundtrack, and a well-crafted script, Decarnation takes us on a true journey of introspection. I won't go into details, but the plot twist and its resolution are, in a subtle way, sensational, even when predictable, generating a fulminating catharsis.

Jack Jeanne is an otome game that offers a remarkable and unforgettable experience. With a simulation structure, rhythm moments and a majoritarily linear story, the game manages to develop well the characters and their relationships in brief interaction scenes.

Octopath Traveler 2 is an incredible game that manages to expand on every aspect of the first game, the combat system is my favorite in a turn-based RPG, It has a huge range for customization and experimentation, the soundtrack is impeccable with several themes that stick in your head for years to come, all the characters were charismatic and their stories were memorable, the world was fun to explore and interact with its inhabitants, and the story gave a very satisfying conclusion to the journey of all the characters we followed, even with a very exciting epilogue for those who wanted to enjoy everything this adventure had to offer. Although it's still not perfect, Octopath Traveler 2 was certainly one of my favorite experiences not only with the JRPG genre, but with games in general.

AKAI ITO HD Remaster is a yuri visual novel with high relevance within its genre and it's very good to finally have the game in the West. However, unfortunately, the English edition is quite far from the ideal quality and it needs many adjustments to shine as it deserves.

Despite its simple narrative, audiovisuals that could have been more polished, and problematic level design, Maquette has personality in its core gameplay mechanics and some ingenious puzzle ideas. Furthermore, the romance is modest and sincere enough to motivate the player to explore the metaphors and puzzles of this puzzle-adventure. The title is recommended for fans of a casual romantic stories and paradoxical puzzles.

Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook offers a creative set of approaches that bring out what I love most about Nippon Ichi Software’s games: originality. However, like a lot of their projects, the execution is not the best for a number of reasons.

With plenty of romance options, a frenetic pace, delicate art direction, and a great soundtrack, Winter's Wish Spirits of Edo is a complete adventure that's easy to recommend for Otome visual novel readers, whether veterans or newcomers.

The visuals are beautiful and the melodies follow suit. The controls are very responsive and at no point I felt like the glitches were the result of a problem with those. Whether for those who like the subgenre or for those who want to have fun in an uncomplicated way, Afterimage is a great choice.

Dormitory Love is a simple and fun otome game. With curious characters, good voice acting and a casual slice-of-life tone, the work has potential to be very cozy and pleasant. However, unfortunately, the bad English translation and a general feeling of lack of polish in many user experience aspects leave the game in a very unfavorable position when compared to other titles in the genre, which is a shame.

A very cozy and episodic experience, being able to be played gradually, Coffee Talk fit like a glove on the Nintendo Switch, and being an even more interesting sequel than its predecessor, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is one of the easiest recommendations I've ever seen.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is another good package that offers new players the chance to experience a series of adventures of the little blue robot. With a lot of content spread across six games that last around 12 to 20 hours, RPG fans will certainly get a lot out of this collection. During my playthrough, I found some minor visual errors, however, the titles work very well. The biggest problem with this collection is its high asking price, but if that's not a problem, you'll find some interesting titles.

Despite a strong art direction, Labyrinth of Zangetsu doesn't offer much beyond that. Putting it alongside other Dungeon Crawling RPGs that have come out recently, it ends up being so archaic and repetitive in its structure that it doesn't stand out, being more worth returning to old adventures or finding other worlds of samurai and ink.

Mugen Souls is a rerelease that is very faithful to the original Japanese release. Unfortunately, the game is very dated in mechanics and aesthetics, and it's hard to recommend it with so many good titles of the genre on Switch. It's worth buying only for those who already were curious about it and who like RPGs with lighthearted humor ambiance.

At the of the day, the simplicity of its controls and systems, in addition to a cooperative proposal, make this an enjoyable experience. It's a bit disappointing that such important names in the industry couldn't extract their full potential. Maybe the barrier was the low budget? Who knows... All in all, it's a title that's not to be thrown away, nor is it a mediocre experience, but given what it could deliver, the conclusion is that it's just another experience that's fun, but won't be that memorable.

Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord is an interesting alternate version for Fairy Fencer F, offering a tactical gameplay with great variety in options for the player to customize the team and deal with the obstacles. Unfortunately, its biggest unique element, the combat muses, also ends up as a big limitation to the area designs, making the repetition feeling stronger. Add in the little graphic polish and the disconnections between plot and gameplay, and what we get is a game that had potential to be much better but is still worth it for fans of the genre.
