CriticLenz's Reviews
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom has managed to combine both the old and new generations of Zelda. Zelda also plays the role of the main character in the best way in this game and solidifies her position to the point where we can expect more versions with the presence of Zelda. Nintendo's trust in this relatively new group without the presence of the original fathers and creators of Zelda has paid off and they have managed to preserve the legacy of the past. They have created another masterpiece of Zelda and it is recommended that you definitely experience this version if you have a Switch.

Broken Sword – Shadow of the Templars Reforged is an ancient adventure that is nearly 30 years old and still retains its wonders and is considered one of the best in its genre. Unfortunately, this new remake, while adding a fresh touch to the experience, lacks the restoration that the work needed, especially in terms of sound.

BLACKSAD: Under The Skin, adapted from the comic book series of the same name, falls short of capturing the grandeur and appeal of the original comics in its transition to the gaming. Nevertheless, it may still hold some appeal for enthusiasts of detective games.

Deathbound could have certainly been a successful standalone Soulslike title, but poor implementation decisions in some of the core gameplay elements have squandered that potential. Ultimately, if you're a die-hard Soulslike fan and are bored with the genre after playing many titles and are looking for a new Soulslike experience, regardless of quality, then you can give Deathbound a try. Otherwise, you can go for other similar titles and not be fooled by the game's innovative party system.

EA FC25 is one step forward, two steps back. It still has some appeal for die-hard fans of the series, but it's not enough to attract new players or bring back those who have drifted away from the franchise. EA needs to seriously rethink some fundamental aspects of the game if it's to maintain its not-so-threatened position as the leader of soccer games in the long term. For long-time fans, EA FC25 could be a passable experience, but it still has a long way to go before it becomes the great game everyone has come to expect.

Gori: Cuddly Carnage is a third-person apocalyptic fighting game that, unlike many similar titles, has touched on toys. In this game, you have to fight against the rebel toys and restore peace to the earth. The creators have managed to portray this battle well; so if you love apocalyptic themes, especially toys, and have always loved to tear these entertainment tools to pieces, don't miss this opportunity. This game, with all its content, can entertain you for about 10 hours.

"Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown" represents an amalgamation of concepts that have been inadequately executed. Kylotonn’s multiplayer racing title demonstrates significant shortcomings across key areas, including gameplay mechanics, progression systems, visual fidelity, and server stability. The extent of the issues present in Solar Crown suggests they may not be readily resolved through patches, or would at minimum demand substantial effort to address effectively.

Deliver Us the Moon is a walking simulator adventure game that tries to show you a space journey. The game is largely successful in this regard; but as you progress through the stages, the bugs and crashes of the game gradually show themselves. As a result, you get the feeling that the creators have not spent much time testing its performance to port their product to the Switch. However, if you are interested in story-driven games and you also enjoy the moon, you can experience Deliver Us the Moon, provided you have the tolerance for numerous crashes, especially in the second half of the game.

"Visions of Mana, by staying true to the identity of the series and blending its classic elements with modern ones , has successfully revitalized the Mana franchise after many years. Visions of Mana delivers a visually stunning experience, and despite some shortcomings in its story and side quests, it creates a believable world for fans of the JRPG genre."

Granblue Fantasy Versus, crafted by the veterans at Arc System Works, features uniquely designed gameplay that balances accessibility with surprising depth. Its excellent tutorial system makes it highly recommended for newcomers to fighting games. However, the lack of single-player content, the removal of RPG Mode, and its repetitive, tedious story mode do somewhat tarnish the overall experience.

Avatar's magic never lay in its storytelling but in its breathtaking visuals - and Frontiers of Pandora stays true to this vision as a faithful adaptation. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Pandora (despite my deep hatred for Far Cry!), the game proves Avatar's strength is spectacle over narrative.

With its flawed gameplay and underdeveloped characters, Monark disappoints as a JRPG. While not recommended for genre fans, it might work as an introductory title for newcomers.

The second story expansion of Atomic Heart, titled Trapped in Limbo, focuses less on continuing the game’s ending and more on offering a fresh and diverse experience while providing additional insights into the game’s story and characters. The Annihilation Instinct expansion does not have much to offer in terms of story. The additional story content in this expansion is very brief and, despite answering many questions, still leaves players with even more unresolved mysteries due to an unsatisfying conclusion. However, in terms of gameplay—especially combat—it introduces new and well-designed content, including exciting weapons and abilities, providing a different experience. Ultimately, if you are solely looking for answers about Agent P3’s story, this expansion will disappoint you. But if you’re seeking a fresh experience in the Atomic Heart universe, this DLC will keep you entertained.

Overall, Atomic Heart is a strange title. A controversial game that tries to incorporate many successful elements from other games but ultimately fails to present any of them flawlessly. However, the combination of this broad scope and its shortcomings has made Atomic Heart a lovable title that is undoubtedly worth experiencing.
