Bye Sweet Carole is a strange experience, depending on where you focus it could be an unforgettable game or a mildly frustrating mess that comes together nicely but stumbles around while getting to the amazing conclusion.

Absolum is truly a well-made title. The folks at Guard Crush and Supamonks, with the help of publisher DOTEMU, have created a magnificent work in virtually every respect. I would only advise against this title if you deeply dislike the genre, but even then, I would urge you to give it a chance. The artwork elevates the good gameplay and tells an engaging story that will keep you company for many hours.

Wander Stars is a little surprise. I really liked the idea of "do-it-yourself" moves, as well as the desire to draw inspiration from classic '90s shonen games for the graphics. Sure, the story is intentionally more linear and action-oriented than deep exploration, and the lack of voice acting can be felt. The true heart of the experience remains the innovative, turn-based, word-based combat system. The mechanic of combining words to build and launch custom attacks is a brilliant idea. Likewise, the fact that you gain honor by not knocking out your opponent fits well with the universe and philosophy behind Wander Stars.

Little Nightmares III Review of an excellent horror game in the puzzle platform genre that began with Limbo. It remains the best the genre has to offer despite the change of direction at the helm, as well as a breath of fresh air for Supermassive Games productions, whose creatives have been able to experiment with something different, creating an interesting work.

Nicktoons and The Dice of Destiny successfully delivers a charming, visually appealing action-RPG for the franchise's dedicated fans and younger audiences. While its simplistic gameplay and repetitive quest structure might leave seasoned RPG players wanting more, the sheer fun of seeing your favorite Nickelodeon heroes in their fantasy roles makes this a worthwhile, nostalgic adventure, especially in local co-op.

This is a very good collectathon that, while not achieving absolute excellence, reaches its full potential, positioning itself favorably above many recent competitors in the genre, such as Nikoderiko, Ruffy and the Riverside, Hirogami, and Akimbot.

The best Digimon title released to date

It's just a porting of two legendary games that made the history of the industry, but the 70 pricepoint, and the complete lack of any significant new content, makes you sincerely ask if it's worth the price it asks.

Just like its predecessor, Frostpunk 2 manages to shine on consoles as well, a challenging task for such a unique blend of management and city-builder that should be at its best when played with a mouse. It is, and that certainly doesn't come as a surprise, but the console UI does a very good job at making the game playable and enjoyable with a DualSense... except for a few, pesky bugs that make certains commands not registering and needing quick workarounds like opening and closing the main menu before working again. Nothing that can't be fixed hopefully, and certainly not enough to ruin what remains an excellent and extremely addicting title, even on console.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake is essentially identical to Sky but with some objective improvements in terms of aesthetics and gameplay. So, as far as the “remake” is concerned, there is practically nothing to complain about. However...Trails in the Sky has limitations that cannot be overcome by a remake.

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian is an ambitious entry that blends familiar Atelier charm with broader systems and a more structured narrative. Its strength lies in the interplay between alchemy, city rebuilding, and character-driven storytelling, which gives Hallfein a genuine sense of growth. However, the heavy reuse of mobile assets and the dense layering of mechanics prevent it from feeling like a true evolution of the series. Combat and synthesis offer depth, but balancing issues reduce the challenge unless higher difficulties are selected. This is a game made first and foremost for longtime fans, rich in references and continuity. For newcomers, its complexity may feel overwhelming, but for Atelier veterans, it remains a warm, content-packed return to a beloved world.

As a triumphant sequel, Hades 2 is a stunning evolution of the original, expanding on its winning formula with captivating gameplay and a masterful narrative. It's not just the best roguelike out there, but one of the year's best games, offering a near-perfect and endlessly replayable experience.

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree offers a lengthy campaign, consisting of single runs that are perhaps too long by roguelite standards. The plot has some memorable moments, but the narrative based on time jumps makes it chaotic and difficult to understand, especially as it skips some secondary dialogue. It's still an enjoyable story that alternates between funny and sad moments, accompanied by a truly impressive Japanese voice acting. Combat is fun and dynamic, with many possible combinations thanks to the eight available characters. While village management is much more complex, the forge in particular could have been better managed with fewer steps to make it more straightforward.

I concluded my adventure with Silent Hill f with a sense of satisfaction that I have experienced with very few stories and even fewer video games. But the most special feeling that the game leaves you with is during the experience itself rather than at the end. Discovering that a Konami product, in the triple-A sphere, is so inclined towards risk and uncompromising artistic expression, which is now only found in indie games, moved me. Starting a second run and being confused by the first dialogue, only to discover that I was a quarter of the way through the experience, prompted me to play with a consistency I haven't had since reading Umineko in high school. Searching for the pieces of the puzzle led me to be disappointed by some strangely unadventurous choices, only to be proven wrong shortly after by the constant reassurances that the team had a clear vision. Rarely does the writing of a video game allow itself to tell its story so courageously, except in the best indie games of recent years. For me, Silent Hill f does not clash with Silent Hill 2 Remake, nor does it clash with Resident Evil or the most important narrative games of recent years, it clashes with Mouthwashing and Fear and Hunger. It's not Silent Hill for everyone, but for me, Silent Hill has never been for everyone and never should be. In the very nature of psychological horror, there is a filter that makes it strange, sometimes disgusting, sometimes too heavy. Silent Hill fully embraces everything that makes Japanese psychological horror special, even at the cost of losing some long-time fans along the way.

I'm convinced the game will find its audience, and I don't feel I can condemn it completely. However, if you analyze the pure gameplay, even the The Dishwasher series, which will soon be of age, remains a benchmark in terms of fluidity and precision. This comparison shows how far behind the current title is on a fundamental aspect. I won't mention games like Dead Cells and Rogue Legacy 2, not out of forgetfulness, but because they belong to another category. Any comparison with the title in question would be not only inappropriate but also an insult to their impeccable design.

A true masterpiece of the industry, with a stunning art direction, and a narrative side which makes the competition look like nothing.

The Donkey Kong Bananza DLC is a visually charming but ultimately shallow expansion. While it introduces a fun roguelike-style emerald hunt and a beautiful new island, it lacks new narrative elements or significant gameplay additions. At €19.99, it feels overpriced for the limited content, making it a missed opportunity and a difficult purchase to recommend for anyone other than completionists.

Echoes of the End is an experience worth trying for its untapped potential and the beauty of its settings. The combat system works well with its magic system, but it presents several technical issues that are difficult to ignore. The environmental puzzles and exploration deserve a shout-out, cleverly breaking up an otherwise monotonous adventure. We hope that, in a possible sequel, the team can raise the bar and reach its full potential.
