Overall, despite its flaws, Kingdom Hearts 3 is a definite must-have for any PS4 owner. It plays out great, it looks good, and it’s fun. To most, that’s all they’re looking for.
I recommend giving this game a shot. Minus a few flaws, it can captivate you in certain ways that other space exploration titles have failed to do. And if you’re a fan of plastic toys? Even more of a reason for you to get your hands on Starlink: Battle for Atlas. It’s not the greatest, but it does what it’s supposed to and it does it right.
Still, if you ever wanted to play all of Spyro’s first three games, then the Reignited trilogy is the definitive way to do so. Although old problems resurface and new ones arise, they’ll most likely be inconsequential as opposed to the joy and excitement you’ll experience. So yes, Toys for Bob definitely did this game justice and I’m happy I can say that. It may not be totally amazing, but it’s what I and what most others have wanted for a long time. If you want to try it for yourselves, then purchase the remastered trilogy as soon as possible.
What’s depressing is that the game has so much untapped potential. I have no doubt that it would have been something amazing if there was more time to polish or add to what it already has. Sadly, we’re stuck with what we’re given with.
All in all, Mega Man 11 is a pretty good game, despite the number of glaring flaws. I urge all of you to try it out for yourselves and grab a copy if you wish to see what the Blue Bomber has new in store.
Overall, Dragon Quest XI is a mediocre JRPG. It looks fantastic, but the gameplay is “meh” at best. Although it can capture your interest here and there, there isn’t really anything too special about the game. It’s still worth getting if you enjoy grinding, leveling up, and seeing your characters get stronger. So if you want, pick up a copy and see how much fun you can get from the 11th installment in the series.
All in all, for what the game is supposed to be, it does it really well. Yes, there are some minor inconveniences but that’s all they were, minor. It’s just a shame that it’s one of the shorter ones out there, but it was still a pretty good time—aside from the end, let’s leave it at that. So if you want, give Planet Alpha a go. It’s definitely worth it in terms of how it looks and it can get pretty fun.
Overall, the game could have been something amazing. Alas, that’s not the case. It stands between being mediocre and exceptional, making it feel like “meh”. You can still find some fun out of it, but that all depends on how you wish to take on the game. I personally felt like the gameplay hasn’t done the plot justice as it’s one of the more interesting ones in today’s current generation of games. So give it a shot if you feel like it and try to see what fun you can get out of We Happy Few.
All in all? This game is nothing too impressive. You’re better off playing actual classic titles because at least those have way more to offer than this game. Not saying that this game is totally bad, but it could have been so much more.
Overall, don’t bother buying this game. It’s clunky, its U.I is terrible, there’s no tutorial and there was clearly no effort put into it. You’re better off playing just about any other turn-based strategy game out there rather than this.
Overall, this game is a good RPG title to add to the Switch’s library. If you have the time (and the cash), then you should definitely consider getting Battle Chasers: Nightwar as you won’t be disappointed with what it has to offer.
However, these problems are minor compared to everything else it gets right. As its name states, it’s a game that’s meant purely for speedrunning. No convoluted plot, no difficult game mechanics, just you and how fast you can make it to the finish line with your platforming skills. For how it was intended to be played, it does everything right and that’s something I can truly appreciat
As the title states, if you’re going to play this game, then it’s best that you play it on a PC. If you have an Xbox One X? Then good for you! You get to have a better experience than most with this title.
I hate to say that this game left me feeling utterly disappointed. It was fun when you experience everything for the first time, but the novelty wears off way too quickly as the game feels very incomplete. It has so many things that should have made it amazing. You can literally see and feel the aspects that make the game work as well as what could have made people wanting more. But sadly, it lacks so much to the point where it feels like Microsoft forced Rare to rush the game right out of the door in the hopes that what it currently has is good enough to make quick sales. All that potential wasted like a beautiful galleon sinking to its watery grave. If in the future there are patches that will give this game more content, then that’s all well and good. But for now? This game can only be described as “What could have been.”
To sum it all up, this is most likely the greatest game in the Monster Hunter franchise and it definitely blew 2018’s doors wide open for amazing games. It’s fun, it’s exciting, and you shouldn’t miss out on all the action. So get a copy, play with your friends, and hunt down monsters in ways that you only imagined possible!
Overall, Super Lucky's Tale is definitely not something that platforming fanatics are going to want to pick up. This game is more suited to children or people who are just starting to getting into platformers as everything feels like it could have been so much more.
Even if the final episode had its fair share of problems, the experience of playing a Guardian’s of the Galaxy Telltale game’s last hurrah is something that a lot of people are definitely going to enjoy. The way the characters are presented, how the dialogue is written, the music that plays, and even the camera angles used for just about every scene was well done and this is definitely a game that fans of both the comic books and the films should definitely get their hands on.
Overall, while the game can be fun and enjoyable at times, there were things that could have been done so much better. So if you’re looking for a game that doesn’t give you much of a story, but has decent and fast- paced combat mechanic, then Overgrowth is definitely the game for you.
Overall, while Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a great game; it feels that it falls short to its predecessor. But nonetheless, it's still a great game on its own and if you want a game that makes you feel as if you're playing one of those teenage drama shows that you see on television, then buy it and enjoy going through the life in Arcadia bay once more.
Overall, this episode happens to be one of the best and it's definitely going to get those who are playing excitedly to see what's going to happen in the fifth and final entry of the Marvel-Telltale game.
