7.5 / 10.0 - Slow Down, Bull
Apr 22, 2015

Slow Down, Bull is a delightful casual experience about dealing with stress and learning to cope with a desire for perfection. Even so, it can get quite frustrating as progress through its campaign and the controls take a bit of time to get used to, both while using a mouse and keyboard configuration or a controller. The lack of 1080p resolution support is also a bit of a disappointment.

7.5 / 10.0 - #IDARB
Feb 16, 2015

#IDARB is a fun experience when it comes to local co-op play, offering enough wacky elements to keep its general premise as interesting as possible. Unfortunately, control issues, poor online matches, and a few other problems keep it from really impressing.

The Supremacy map pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare brings quite a few interesting additions. Some, like the Parliament or Kremlin maps, work quite well, while others may not delight every fan, such as the Compound map or most parts of the Carrier Exo Zombies adventure.

Futuridium EP Deluxe is a fun yet quite challenging experience that will certainly test the skills and reflexes of all PS4 and PS Vita owners. The levels are quite varied and imaginative, but the credit system is very punishing, although certainly attractive for those looking for a tough time. In quite a few areas you'll feel just like Luke Skywalker as he's piloting through the Death Star, so Star Wars fans should certainly try it out.

Assassin's Creed Unity is a good step in the series, managing to successfully overhaul most of the core mechanics. However, a lot of polishing is needed in terms of freerunning or stealth to make it all work as intended. The co-op is pretty fun, but be careful of the pretty common frame drops, errors, and annoying missions, as they can really pull you out of the experience.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is a pretty good entry in the series from Capcom. While the actual horror elements, barring some jump scares, aren't that common, you'll still feel a bit spooked out in various moments of the story. For those that want action, however, the Raid mode is by far the star of the package.

Game of Thrones Episode 3 is a pretty solid entry in the series made by Telltale Games. It takes the overall story to some interesting new areas, but some aspects, such as the Rodrik sequences, tend to feel repetitive and uninspired. The next few episodes are shaping up to bring some even bigger events, so expect to see even more interesting developments in the future.

7.5 / 10.0 - Tower of Guns
Apr 16, 2015

Tower of Guns is a pretty fun rogue-like first-person shooter that manages to blend these two different genres together for an entertaining experience. However, it's best served as a palate cleanser between different games, as going through the title too often brings into question its repetitive gameplay and level design.

Schrodinger's Cat and the Raiders of the Lost Quark is a good puzzle platformer that manages to innovate and deliver a hilarious time. There are some issues, however, that weigh it down, from the slight platforming quirks, to the camera or some visual elements. Even so, if you're a fan, you can certainly have a great time with it.

Add in the superb voice acting, the many different powers that you get to wield as the villains, as well as the huge amount of activities scattered throughout its open world and you're bound to have a good time being bad.

8 / 10.0 - Tango Fiesta
Sep 25, 2015

Tango Fiesta is a blast to play, both solo as well as with friends. The tongue-in-cheek tone, plus the slick mechanics make for an enjoyable time, while the procedurally-generated level layouts ensure that coming back to it is never dull. It does take a while to get used to its twin-stick shooting, as well as its enemies that get quite aggressive as you progress through the movies.

Hitman GO: Definitive Edition is a bold puzzle experience that takes the established franchise and simplifies its mechanics while retaining the complexity of the actual design. While its progression may not be all that great and some stages don't leave a lot of room to experiment, the mechanics are easy to comprehend, and the challenges are still satisfying.

8 / 10.0 - Ninja Senki DX
Feb 25, 2016

Ninja Senki DX features some good improvements over the already tough as nails freeware experience from several years ago. It's quite fun to experience as a newcomer, provided you sharpen your skills as fast as possible and don't lose your temper with the constant restarts, and quite challenging for veterans through the extra modes and revised elements.

The Walking Dead: Michonne Episode 1 – In Too Deep is a solid debut of this spinoff mini-series. Michonne is a good main character and the adventures she goes through, as well as those that await her, are quite interesting. While there may not be that many changes in terms of gameplay, it's still worth it for those who've enjoyed the past experiences from Telltale.

AIPD provides a solid twin-stick shooter experience, with plenty of variety thanks to the customization elements for your ship, the gameplay, or the mode. Fun in small doses in single-player and adequately chaotic when more people are involved, you can't go wrong with this indie title.

8 / 10.0 - Fortified

Fortified is a solid mix of tower defense and action third-person shooting. Its design may not be all that original, but its execution is great and should entertain you, as well as your friends, via the cooperative mode.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen for the PC delivers a compelling RPG experience with great combat mechanics and a varied world to explore. It can be quite tough if you're trying to speed through the main quest, but patient players who complete side quests and gear up their character, as well as their Pawns, will find plenty of things to enjoy in Capcom's RPG.
