85 / 100 - The Signifier
Oct 15, 2020

The Signifier is a solid adventure, technically, proposed and executed. It's a work with ambition and high aims, a way to combine situations and even genres, in a successful and efficient way. We won't be as handsome as Leonado DiCaprio or Tom Cruise, but we will navigate the dream much more than they do, there is a crime to be solved. And a constantly advancing planet as well.

85 / 100 - Pikuniku
Oct 26, 2020

Games like Pikuniku are not only appreciated but even needed. An adventure as fun as it is sympathetic, a story with humor and message, a world full of expressiveness and a multitude of things to do, and an inspired and expressive presentation and audiovisual design. All this in an accessible but substantial platform game and exploration during this saving feat and curious social realism.

Another year, another Call of Duty. And the first of the new generation of consoles. We return to a spectacular and vibrant campaign with grateful adventure additions, along with a solid, direct and full multiplayer, full of game modes and content that will increase as the 'season' passes. Hours and more hours in front of the screen to which the insertion of Wargame within the same game is added to make the multiplayer experience more complete.

85 / 100 - qomp
Feb 10, 2021

qomp is fun and challenging, ingenious on many levels. A game like qomp does not leave indifferent in any way. Take the shine off your finger -no, not that one, you rude people- because those who approach this game will spend hours that is the only thing they will move in their body, except for the clenching of their jaws.

85 / 100 - Myst
Sep 2, 2021

Myst is much more than just another return to the past for nostalgics. That's why it is wrapped in an excellent visual bill, with Raytracing as a flag. The wickerwork of almost thirty years ago is superbly transferred to the present. Myst is a graphic adventure with a logical design, thoughtful and studied, as we advance in its cryptic plot. The visual bill that we expect from a current game is embraced with the great design of a game that created a school and that is maintained, precisely because it continues to work.

85 / 100 - Bonfire Peaks
Oct 5, 2021

A puzzle game whose quality is matched by its challenge. But Bonfire Peaks also deserves not to remain a niche rarity for fans of these games, its way of introducing the player to its world, its simple and intuitive control, the learning curve and how satisfying it is, is something open to people. You will solve in a few steps that damn puzzle that made you retire the day before frustrated, I assure you.

In a curious combination of mechanics and even genres, the use of two very different characters creates a well resolved and interesting style of gameplay. Puzzles, platforming, stealth... wrapped by a setting and artwork that combines the fascinating with the tenebrous in a very well balanced adventure with personality.

85 / 100 - Infernax
Feb 22, 2022

We can enjoy Infernax as a good neo-retro that takes us back to past times, but with a polished, fairer and more satisfying development and gameplay. But we are also facing an excellent adventure with its own specific weight that, with its very well managed combination of action, platforms and RPG, pleases anyone who has not had to live through those simple, although also more complicated, years of 8-bit systems. A job as measured as it is fun and enjoyable, whatever type of player you are.

85 / 100 - Fixfox
Mar 31, 2022

We are facing a great adventure. A human hybridized with fox DNA, a ñapas who is sent to fix a beacon, and who ends up becoming a full-fledged space adventure. FixFox is packed with narrative and gameplay moments, exploration, puzzles, and eating delicious local cuisine, as we unravel a story that has a lot to tell, and does so in a fantastic way.

85 / 100 - Soda Crisis
Jun 10, 2022

Games like Soda Crisis are necessary, so I say. Furious action, pad skills, fast jumping and platforming, and adrenaline rushing out of your ears would be a quick summary. This is an excellent Run'n Gun and, above all, measured and calculated to the millimeter. With a nineties flavor and a more current look and manner, Soda Crisis is an experience to discover, pure direct enjoyment while adding layers such as the sick collection of improvements for our strange protagonist, and the intelligent management of them, offering different configurations to taste of the player and his style of play. A game that can be returned to over and over again, still killing that alien threat that its crazy story proposes.

85 / 100 - Airoheart
Sep 30, 2022

Airoheart goes well on the face and without any dissimulation: a game very similar in form and substance to the legendary Zelda: A Link to the Past. And that brings two good things, such as having a portion of neo-retro inspired by such a pinnacle of video games, and above all, that it has been made with excellent quality. Through an action-RPG, we will live a fabulous adventure, that many of us will "know" and that we will enjoy for it and for what Airoheart knows how to offer itself. Dungeons and a thorough exploration of the general map outside of them with the objects and resources obtained inside them, tremendously likeable characters that will 'speak' in 19 languages, a multitude of quests and secondary content, in a global adventure well drawn, accessible and of great enjoyment.

85 / 100 - Scorn
Oct 31, 2022

Scorn presents one of the most impressive visual and artistic sections that we can find in a video game. But the best thing is that it is much more than its wonderful staging, in an adventure of horror and disgust, in a journey of mystery and desolation, with a survival horror section that even seems classic due to its approach, open exploration and puzzles. . An experience for both sight and hearing, as well as for our trembling hands on the control pad, in an adventure that leaves a deep and suppurating mark.

Can a game with less than ten colors on the screen, rusty can sound, and on top of that, being played with a simple action button, be not only an excellent adventure, but also a very accomplished horror game? OF COURSE! FAITH: The Unholy Trinity is a pleasant and even unexpected surprise due to the values it manages to achieve with its apparent simplicity, which is not such, because there is a well-cared job in its three chapters and multiple endings of each one. A trilogy that has been launched over the course of a few years, and that in this 2022 appears compiled in this unholy trinity. The story of a priest whose faith is shaken, a man struggling against the darkness around him and his mortal and doubting soul. And this in a fascinating game where its multiple endings and replays of its three chapters only add layers and interpretations.

May 18, 2020

With Deliver Us the Moon I received a pleasant surprise, in the form of a realistic and credible space adventure. A narrative adventure that, nevertheless, has a varied playable body that helps both to get into his proposal even more, and to feel that we are playing for real, as opposed to other more limited narratives on this plane.

A new edition of a well established cycling and team management saga. The novelties and changes are not pronounced, it is what touches in according to which editions, as this one, but the high quality that continues hoarding, and obviously, the scarce number of representatives in this sport discipline, always play in their favor.

80 / 100 - Ever Forward
Aug 13, 2020

Ever Forward is a painstaking job to achieve something that, although not markedly original, given the rich panorama of independent video games that we have today, I do achieve it in the field of quality. A narrative puzzle game, a helpless girl in search of her experiences. Real or metaphorical? With some very interesting puzzles that know how to make you think and reason, but without pressing, to maintain an excellent progression.

80 / 100 - Stilstand
Sep 7, 2020

Stilstand is what it is, an interactive comic book that we can call a video game by the hair, and a story and presentation that has touched my fucking heart. I have no idea if it will do the same to you, reader, here everything is as personal as passing around cartoons, having some very simple interactive situation, and digesting each one in our own personal sphere what we see on the screen during the hour it takes for everything to happen.

80 / 100 - Olija
Feb 4, 2021

I think adventures like Olija are quite appreciated, with its simple layout but worked and with clear effort behind, and a direct gameplay but with substance as well. An adventure game that combines combat, platforming, classic story, well crafted narrative and art, and fun, quite fun. The so classic and even necessary "what it does, it does well".
