Spacebase Startopia is a remarkable game and a good successor to the 2001 version. But perhaps it lacks dynamism in its games, where we will spend many minutes throughout the game just waiting for the objectives of the level to be completed. But whoever wants to find a game with a good sense of humor, challenging on several occasions and with a campaign of several hours, can calmly enter the Startopia space station.

80 / 100 - Gnosia
Mar 18, 2021

Gnosia is a bit like throwing Among Us and the narrative part of 999 into a shaker. Without decisions and choices, our task will be to survive and make the characters that interest us in each loop survive in an interesting debate mechanic to find the "traitors" that can become repetitive in the long run. Still, the story will make us want to move on to find out what is behind the Gnosia, and that time loop in which we are trapped.

The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante is not an ordinary game. It is closer to conversational adventures, board games, or "write your own adventure" books than it is to a current video game. But if his proposal convinces you, you will find a story full of twists, dramatic situations, and hard decisions that will not let you go until the end. Of course, only in English and Russian.

80 / 100 - Stirring Abyss
Dec 14, 2020

In Stirring Abyss the abyss will be an enemy in itself that we will have to defeat, fighting to maintain body and mind. If we are fans of the genre of turn-based strategy, and we are interested in the Lovecraftian narrative, it is a must.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a great adventure game. With some really charismatic supporting characters, and very varied levels, it is a totally recommended game if we are fans of this type of proposal, rounded off by some excellent graphic and sound sections.

In Death: Unchained is a great addition to the roguelite genre for our Oculus Quest. With much more content than its older brother, perhaps its biggest flaws are the limited variety of environments, the imbalance between its two main weapons, and the need to farm to gain new abilities. Even so, if you are a fan of the genre and virtual reality, it is a must. In nothing you will be shooting arrows like a madman.

80 / 100 - Tropico 6
Jul 13, 2020

Tropico 6 sins of continuity, it does not offer anything remarkable except for managing an archipelago, which although it offers some interesting new mechanics, is not an excessive contribution to the saga. Still, Tropico 6 is a remarkable game with a fresh campaign that will offer varied gameplay to the new player and veteran. And it's also worth it just to see what new biting comment our helper will make.

80 / 100 - TrackMania
Jul 8, 2020

Trackmania returns, and returns as always, with a great game that will delight competitive players. Unfortunately, it's monetization system can push back potential buyers who don't feel comfortable paying for a subscription. Other environments such as Trackmania Canyon, for example, or the automatic route generator in the editor are also missing.

80 / 100 - Snakeybus
Mar 30, 2020

We are in front of a mixture of buses, Crazy Taxi, and the game of the snake, which could not have been better fit. With a refined game core, we will sting with our friends to reach a greater number of bus cars or to hold as long as possible in each level.

80 / 100 - Akane
May 15, 2019

Akane is a game made with great care, with superb gameplay and very well thought out, and a great artistic section with great predominance of cyberpunk. Its main tare is its lack of content in terms of scenarios (only one) and enemies, but a game system that encourages fast games, and a system of equipment improvements will still make the player amortize their purchase, which will also been for a very low price by today's standards.

Life Goes On offers puzzles where the death of each of the (infinite) soldiers of the king will prevail, and where each of these deaths will almost always serve a greater purpose, in addition to taking out the sadistic aspect that every human being has. In addition, the puzzles will never be complex enough to get stuck for many days in one, nor too easy to not get a feeling of victory every time you reach the end of the level, especially in the last ones. Being the first film of a group of three developers, little more could be asked of it. Recommended.

80 / 100 - Bomber Crew
Jul 25, 2018

Under that childish layer that can repel in the first instance, Bomber Crew hides a deep gameplay, where tension and the need for quick decisions are the order of the day. Perhaps its curve of difficulty can reverse neophytes in the genre, or perhaps the handling could have somehow taken advantage of the touch screen of the console, but who knows how to ignore these small problems will find a worthy heir to Faster Than Light set in World War II that will provide you with many hours of gameplay.

We have before us a great console port of one of the great tycoon games of recent years. Being as difficult as it is to adapt this type of games to the pad control, the people of Two Point Studios should be proud of how it has come out, since it is controlled with great fluidity and comfort. In addition, the game comes out with two expansions, and promises new free modes soon. Although the loading times are longer than the game on PC and there is a decrease in resolution, it is a worthy port, which will convince anyone who wants to play the game on consoles.

80 / 100 - Corruption 2029
Feb 24, 2020

We are facing a very continuous proposal by The Bearded Ladies after Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden. Those who enjoyed that title will find a very recognizable type of game that will present new challenges. Unfortunately, the repetition of enemies and scenarios slightly tarnishes a title with a remarkable base.

Transport Fever 2 is a great management game with a great campaign and a very high level of micro-management. Only its performance problems and certain debatable decisions at quality of life level prevent it from achieving the excellence. But still, game totally recommended for those who enjoy tycoon games, and worthy heir of the Transport Tycoon saga.

85 / 100 - Soul Hackers 2
Aug 18, 2022

With Soul Hackers 2 Atlus once again creates a JRPG that will keep us guessing until the end. Monsters, great protagonists, strategic combats... it's a shame that the repetitiveness of the dungeons, both in design and execution, prevent us from facing a round game.

85 / 100 - Two Point Campus
Aug 4, 2022

We are facing a totally continuous game with respect to Two Point Hospital, which is not bad either. If we liked running a hospital together with the guys from Two Point Studios, we're going to like running a university campus. Again, crazy classes, beadles that dirty more than they clean, or technical inspections will be our companions in each one of the universities that we will manage.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a very good idea and, more importantly, a very well executed idea. No other game to date has made us feel like a wrecker like this. It's a shame that it lacks variety of content in the form of more types of spaceships, and that its sometimes endless dialogue is unplayable.

Expeditions Rome is a huge game that does a lot of things and does them all in a remarkable way. Turn-based battles, large-scale strategy, or stories with long-term decisions, take your pick. It won't disappoint the Expeditions veteran, and it won't disappoint the new player. Highly recommended.

Fights in Tight Spaces is as if Slay the Spire and Into the Breach had a son and trained him to be John Wick. A huge game that, if we like XCOM-style turn-based strategy or card games, we are going to enjoy as children. And more than once, we will enjoy even more watching the repetitions of those fights that will have come out with a perfect choreography.
