House Flipper offers hours of fun combined with rest and relaxation, which I think is the perfect combination. Players can tap into their creativity and imagination here, which isn’t all that common in simulators. The game really gives you free rein, and in my opinion, that’s why it’s been so popular for several years now. The feeling of monotony after a few hours or even dozens of hours of play is just a minor flaw. Still, after a while, you’ll find your way back to renovating.

Pupperazzi is aimed at a specific audience of gamers, but unfortunately, I don’t fall into that group. That said, I have to admit that the game exceeded my expectations. After all, it’s a truly simple yet cute and relaxing game. So if you’re having a bad day, this dog-filled game is just the thing to calm your mind.

Brilliantly written and original characters, some interesting choices, the game’s overall atmosphere, and, to top it all off, an excellent soundtrack. The adventure game Road 96 offers all of this, easily drawing you into its gripping and powerful story.

After a long time, I can say with a clear conscience and my hand on my heart that I truly enjoyed this survival game in every way. The developers came up with an original concept, graphics that I found charming, and plenty of fun. The constant unlocking of new items and machines keeps you hooked on the game, as does the joy of creating your first lake or seeing a tree grow. If the developers keep their promises, they’ll bring The Planet Crafter to perfection.

In conclusion, I’d describe Volcanoids as a survival game, but one that’s different from the other survival games you’re familiar with. Survival here doesn’t depend on having enough food and drinking water, but rather on upgrading your equipment and your drill. So you can have fun with your friends while playing, but you’ll also have to work up a sweat completing various missions from your captain.

I definitely give Animal Shelter a positive review, as it filled me with a sense of calm and joy. It’s a typical relaxing game with a bonus: the cuteness of the animals. While it’s true that after a few hours of playing, everything basically repeats in a loop, on the other hand, the price of just under seventeen euros is reasonable, and if you’re having a bad day, I highly recommend this as a surefire way to lift your spirits.

DYSMANTLE is undoubtedly one of the best survival games of recent times. The developers have clearly shown us that simple graphics, controls, and gameplay mechanics are enough to create an entertaining game, as long as it offers diverse content. Another plus is that you can play the game in co-op mode with your friends.

All in all, Accident is a fairly well-made simulator with a very good concept: providing first aid at the scene of a car accident and then determining how the crash actually happened. On the downside, the game suffers from a lack of variety, subpar graphics, and a very short playtime of around two to three hours.

Starsand is one of the better survival games, but definitely not the best. I appreciate that the game is set in a desert, since I’ve never played—or perhaps even seen—a game set in the middle of endless sand. Crafting is very simple, the graphics are decent, and the optimization is flawless. Navigating the map is a bit more complicated, though I wouldn’t go so far as to count that as a downside. What I will list as a downside, however, is the occasionally tedious gameplay, where you spend several minutes just running around the desert without really knowing where you’re going. I also think the game lacks enough content to keep me entertained for as many hours as some of my other favorite survival titles.

Prison Simulator will undoubtedly provide you with a very entertaining first few hours of gameplay. However, despite the developers’ best efforts, this simulator—as is often the case with this genre—falls into a rut. On the other hand, the game boasts quite nice visuals, flawless optimization, and similarities to various movies and TV shows set in a prison environment. So if you want to try your hand at being a prison guard, this game is just the ticket for you.

The horror title SIMULACRA can entertain you, scare you, and make you think—all for less than four euros. As the saying goes, a lot of music for little money. In my opinion, the game has a very interesting concept and execution; using real actors was a perfect choice, the story will keep you glued to your chair, and the scary atmosphere will keep you on edge. However, the ending will probably disappoint me for a while, as I was expecting something more thought-out and epic.

AWAY: The Survival Series is a great idea that unfortunately was horribly handled in almost every way. The poor handling, uncooperative camera, and bugs are a hell of a combination. Neither the great concept of the game nor the nice graphics could keep me with the game, nor did it convince me to give it a positive rating. I hope that the creators won't break the imaginary stick over the title and will try to fix most of their mistakes, hopefully in the shortest possible time.

The developers promised some changes, which they actually added to the title. However, some of the new features of the game are not what I expected. The freedom to move around the city is certainly a great improvement, but some of the missions could have been made more interesting and fun. So I give the second installment a 7/10 again, as the creators didn't disappoint me with this title, but they didn't impress me either.

911 Operator charmed me at first sight and I enjoyed the game very much at the beginning until I could not tear myself away from it. After all, the idea is very interesting and the developers have done very well with the title. Unfortunately, the game time is very short and the game had a stereotypical effect on me over time. Nevertheless, 911 Operator still deserves a high rating for the great and flawlessly crafted audio and for the very fun and catchy first hours of gameplay.

The Forest has been one of the best survival games for several years now, and it's not easy to top it somehow. Few other similar titles can offer what The Forest has been offering for years. You and your friends are sure to have dozens of hours of fun searching through caves, killing cannibals, finding your son and building your base. The development studio has even announced a sequel, which will be titled Sons of the Forest. Unfortunately, the release date is not yet known.

The Long Dark is certainly one of the better games of the survival genre, dare I say even one of the best. The lack of building and extensive crafting is replaced by other survival elements. The winter landscapes all around you are breathtaking, sometimes to the point where you forget about the reality around you and take on the role of a survivor. Great music and background sounds are just the icing on the cake.

Police Simulator: Patrol Officers is certainly one of the better simulators I've had the opportunity to try. I'm looking forward to the new gameplay options and features that will hopefully be added to the game over time. Unfortunately, like any simulator, I found this one to be stereotypical after playing it for a while. However, a couple of hours of gaming fun will certainly do the trick. After all, giving fines and listening to people's angry remarks is humorous.

Youtubers Life will surely keep you entertained for ten hours. It's a game where you can listen to your favourite playlist of songs in the background and relax. However, over time it becomes a stereotypical affair, and so this game will probably be gathering dust in your Steam library for some time. But that doesn't mean you won't turn it on again in a year and spend a few more hours of your life with it.

Green Hell is no walk in the park and that's exactly what makes it an excellent survival game. The game can go wrong at any moment and death is always close at hand. This will force you to fully concentrate and thoroughly enjoy the gaming experience this title offers. Not to mention the beautiful graphics of the surroundings that you will fall in love with.

The game Dawn of Man is definitely one of the successful strategies. Leading your people from their beginnings to the Iron Age is an excellent subject. After all, how many such games are there? It reminds one of history lessons in elementary school, but in a more entertaining way.
