Pinball FX3 - Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure Reviews
The heroes at Zen Studios deliver yet another fantastic pinball table adaptation. A striking combination of simulation and fantasy, fans can play Indy's stellar 1993 table any way they please. This table is yet another example of why Zen is considered the best in the business.
Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure is another worthwhile entry in the Pinball FX3 library. Although it's not the best deal Zen has to offer, the machine is good enough to appeal to fans of pinball in general or Indy himself (with visual presentation options to accommodate both groups).
Pinball FX3 has scored another pinball hit with Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure. While it isn't perfect, it still brings a good pinball experience to the Pinball FX3 family.
It's pinball… it's Indiana Jones and not only does it look great but plays well with some exceptional sounds and music. While it may become repetitive for some gamers, purists will enjoy the journey down memory lane that on a large screen TV almost recreates that authentic experience.
Ever since the Pinball FX3 team took over the Williams pinball license there has been a steady stream of quality tables coming from them, but with the release of the Indiana Jones table in particular it feels like they've really underlined their commitment to making the most of their opportunities...
Pinball FX3 – Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure is a fantastic table that filled me with nostalgia as soon as I fired it up and heard the familiar music. The presentation is top-notch across the board, and it is a fast-paced, entertaining table. The value proposition might not be for everyone however, as it is a single table at a premium price.
Following up on Pinball FX3’s excellent catalog of Williams tables, Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure is very much worth picking up, even if you haven’t much of a collection of tables for the game. The base Pinball FX3 is free to begin with, so if this is your first time playing, feel free to try it out first before forking over for new levels. And of course, if you’ve yet to buy a FlipGrip, do yourself a favor and grab one, it’ll make playing this THAT much better.
