TrackMania Turbo Reviews
TrackMania: Turbo's a gaudy game that demands you excel in short bursts. A truly compelling online component and a meaty single player campaign is offset by some shaky handling that, in the case of one car in particular, is far too fiddly to be fun – but those that like a challenge will still enjoy attempting to tame the title's increasingly outlandish maps. With a clumsy but empowering track editor there's certainly no danger of this racer running out of gas – it just depends how long you're willing to keep up with the quest to be the best.
TrackMania Turbo is a fantastic arcade racer that really stands apart from the crowd with its electrifying sense of speed and endless thrills both online and offline.
Trackmania Turbo is a giant, gorgeous world of arcade stunt-racing action.
Some parts of the TrackMania Turbo's structure feel restrictive or poorly thought out, but there's little to detract from the compulsive time attacks, the outlandish track design and the gorgeously vibrant graphics.
Too fast, too furious: Trackmania Turbo is the same old Trackmania, with its hard challenges and some new multiplayer modes. Sometimes it tries too hard to punish the player... and it succeeds!

Trackmania Turbo is a very unique Arcade racing game and has to be one of the best ones I have played.
Competing against friends to fastest times is going to be a bit of an addiction, again like Trials, and for only £25 I can't see many reasons not to give Trackmania Turbo a whirl.
Trackmania Turbo is a thrill ride, offering up some high-speed action that feels great from beginning to end. Complaints are minimal, and even though the cosmetic items are slow to earn unless you're a natural, it still feels good when they are unlocked. The sense of speed, simple to learn yet hard to master controls, and the consistent mechanics make the game truly come together as a great arcade racer with some surprisingly consistent, almost simulation-grade mechanics like cornering and drifting.
Simplicity is what makes Trackmania Turbo so refreshing, and is it's downfall on the longer tracks. Yet, the death-defying jumps and breakneck speed on the shorter efforts are where everything comes together. Hammering the roads while some banging tunes are playing is exhilarating. There's even a button to turn up the music: the weirdness of Trackmania is alive and weel here.
