Thank You for Your Application, from developer Ice Lemon Tea Studio, is a cognitively engaging 2D logical deduction gameplay experience that is simple on the surface but complicated underneath.
Thank You For Your Application is stressful fun. It will demand your attention at all times, despite its seemingly cozy nature. Quest-frustration aside, it is easy to recommend for those who love games that make 'work' fun.
A narrative-driven simulation where you screen job applicants and decide their fate. Set in a dystopian city built on inequality and social hierarchy, the game challenges players with difficult choices between ambition and conscience. Though relatively short, its sharp social commentary and emotional impact leave a lasting impression.

Thank You For Your Application constructs the dystopia of Aeropolis City through highly entertaining satire. However, the tone is at times too light-hearted, which detracts from the immersive experience. The gameplay is very strong in the first part of the game, but becomes rather sluggish towards the end, where there is very little in the way of new content. Furthermore, the job interviews feel more like the border checks in Papers, Please than genuine candidate assessments, and we would have appreciated a deeper exploration of the selection mechanics that are already present but limited to brief special sections.
