Sniper Elite 4 is filled with action and variety. Fans of the series as well as gamers who love shooters will enjoy the x-ray kill cams and multiple ways to complete the objectives. While the story is weak, the replay value is extremely high. I highly recommend Sniper Elite 4!

I really enjoyed my time with Sniper Elite 4. The sniping mechanics, well-designed maps, and incredibly fun co-op play won me over. The less-than-thrilling narrative and minor bugs aside, this is a package that is more than worthy of your time and attention. Sniper Elite 4 is bigger and better than Sniper Elite 3 in every way, and I can't wait to see where the franchise goes from here.

Overall, and while many will look to Sniper Elite 4 for the solo experience, anyone who has played previous titles will know that the multiplayer offerings are exceptionally enjoyable and Sniper Elite 4 takes this to the next level. Those playing as a team, with communication, will find it truly enjoyable, but that’s not to say those going it alone will be left disappointed. They won’t, for Sniper Elite 4 excels in many ways.

If a third-person tactical shooter with a range of difficulties, different ways to play, co-op options and lengthy open-world missions sounds like something up your alley but you haven’t ventured into the Sniper Elite universe yet, go ahead and give it a crack.

"Minus some major and minor technical issues, Sniper Elite 4 is the pinnacle of the series. The story is straightforward and enjoyable but the gameplay is where the fun's at. Its diversity and amount of possibilities are good ol' sniping fun. You will spend hours in each map performing objectives and taking names through the X-Ray system. Which are brutally and beautifully on display thanks to the graphics. They also bleed over nicely into the rich environment. Here's hoping some problems are fixed because semi-open world stealth/action games are rarely this consistently entertaining."

Sniper Elite 4 doesn’t do a whole lot different than its predecessors, but the core gameplay of lining up that perfect shot and seeing the bullet delivered in gorgeous and gory detail is always satisfying.

With each successive bullet they've released from the chamber, Rebellion continues to get closer and closer to the bullseye, but unfortunately Sniper Elite 4 is still a few inches off the mark. The game's maps set a new standard for the series, and the accuracy of the its Authentic difficulty bring the thrill of sniping to new heights, but the game's lackluster A.I., middling presentation, and poor central gameplay loop all scream "mediocre".

Whether you prefer stealth style or Rambo-like action, you will enjoy Sniper Elite 4. It has plenty of replay value and various extra gameplay modes add even more value to the final product. But don't expect anything you haven't seen in previous Sniper Elite games.

It’s such an easy title to just pick up and play. I’d recommend upping the difficulty above where you’d think you’d sit, but beyond that dive-in and blow some Nazi brains out.

Sniper Elite 4 succeeds in presenting a slow and tense atmosphere the closer to you get to your targets. Sneaking around a level through the darkness and taking out a target from a great distance without getting caught it one of the most satisfying experiences. It's a shame that these moments are few and far in between, and you spend most of your time with highly aggressive enemy AI. This can get really frustrating after a few hours of gameplay and the only thing that keeps you playing is looking forward to the next sniping mission and seeing it through the kill cam.
