Demon's Crystals is a good arcade game and an interesting proposal within the sub-genre of the double stick shooter. A nice game, accessible and very addictive and fun to play although the mechanics are all the same. Not a bad option to take a quick games and release a little adrenaline.

Good games make headlines and bad games will also generate column inches, the one thing you don't want you game to be is average, but sadly that is what Demon's Crystals is. It plays perfectly well and is free from problems and bugs, but it's totally forgettable without a speck of originality. At just £3.99, it's a good price for a few hours entertainment if you have some friends on the couch to play with.

I just don't really see any need to make this game for an older audience.

Demon's Crystals offers a fast-paced arcade experience for some mindless fun. You're always on the move as you try to stay alive, making the most of the weapons and power-ups you find. The game is a budget release at only $4.99, so it's definitely worth your time and money, especially if you have three friends who want to join in on the fun.

Demon's Crystal is a fun and ideal game to enjoy with family and friends. Its huge amount of levels and different game modes offer a good replay factor given its price, but the lack of a convincing plot and an online mode, along with the problems with the color palette and lighting, might frustrate the player. In case you're interested, it is the perfect match for those who like survival games with hordes and twin stick shooters, and should be given a try.

Demon's Crystals can be played in short bursts or for longer sessions as it has a lot of replayability. There's a trophy for getting all characters up to level 60, so if you're aiming at getting all trophies, you'll be playing the game for a while. The game is an all round enjoyable release both in singleplayer and co-op, and a steal at only $4.99.

Demon’s Crystal is another flawed twin-stick shooter and is not even worth your time at all if you want to play this alone. The local multiplayer experience has shed some little hope in Demon’s Crystals, but the lack of online feature makes the game unconvincing unless if you like on-the-couch experience with friends.

Demon's Crystals may be one of the simplest twin-stick shooters that you'll ever play but that's what makes it so enjoyable.

Not a bad game, but very basic with a fair amount of modes and replay value that raise it’s worth exponentially. If you are yearning for a frantic shooter, than this will quench your bullet lust.

Demon’s Crystal by StarCruiser Studio is described on xbox one as, “a frenetic twin stick shooter where you guide the Urican demons through countless hazards in order to restore peace to the world.” Now I don’t know about you but that is one of those cringe worthy moments for me as a gamer. Save the world? Urican? That’s a whole lot of build up for a game I have never hear of. But if there is one thing the past has taught me, its to not judge a book till you’ve read it, or at least tried to read it, or its been covered or something like that. So I dove in ready to have a character of demonic origin and to save the world.

Overall, the game is fun and can be addictive. Its simple gameplay makes it very easy to pick up and play. I feel that it can be satisfying for those who like a good challenge and just keep at it. It’s also a nice escape for those kinds of gamers who just want to mix it up.

With Demon's Crystals there's a fair amount of content here across the modes and it can be fun for a group, but it's just alright.

As stated above I’ve not as yet finished as I’m stuck on Forest level 7 (it’s damn challenging) but I really do like this game and it’s been an absolute pleasure to play it.

While it’s by no means a bad shooter, Demon’s Crystals doesn’t have much to offer to help it stand out from the pack. Its lack of content and somewhat repetitive nature make it a more ideal recommendation for shooter fans looking for a nice arcade shooter on sale
